Envision Imaging of Allen

Arrived 30 minutes early and completed my scans before my appointment time. Front desk is friendly and professional, nurses and doctors are efficient and complete the scans in a timely manner.

Staff was super friendly, welcoming and very helpful!

Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs to get scans done.

Great service! The staff is very professional and friendly. My ultrasound tech was very nice and fast. I didn't even wait in the waiting area, I walked in and the tech was waiting for me next to the register. The results were mailed in a few hours after I left. Thank you.

They just had a redo of the offices and everything is very nice. New carpet, new couches, and fresh paint really give it a lift. Coy took care of me the minute I walked in. She even thanked me for doing the paperwork online. The tech was nice and she made sure I was comfortable. The staff is just lovely and it feels friendly and professional. They made me a CD without me having to ask. That's a plus for me.
The only issue I had was that there were bibles on all the tables in the lobby. No other reading material. I like more separation with religion. It's a preference.

Went there for an ultrasound, they turned me away. Made me feel as if i was a bother and made an uncomfortable situation worse would not recommend

The staff was very courteous and friendly with a smile. Quick service as well. I have many MRIs with and without contrast and they maid me more comfortable and I usually panic being in tight spaces at this facility the experience was great and they made me so comfortable I didn’t even panic and it was quick. I did the MRI with and without contrast. What a amazing facility! Thank you all for the quick courteous and comfortable experience. It was worth the drive. I live in little elm and it was worth the drive. Highly recommend them.

I only use Envision Imaging. Everyone is professional & you don't wait a long time to have your procedure. I highly recommend them.

Was made to wait over 30min for a 7: 30am appointment. Filled out forms online and was ask to come in 15min early. Was waiting a total of 50min for 1st appointment of the day.

Took our son in today for Xrays. Greeted by Imelda who was very friendly and helpful! Also I was helped by Coy, who was nice and helpful as well. Fast procedure. Convinient location.

I showed up in McKinney when I was supposed to be in Allen at 3: 45 on Friday afternoon. They still got me in at the Allen location and out by 4: 30. Time was of the essence…they made it happen.

Coy and Ieeshia were both so kind and helpful. They followed up with me multiple times to make sure the doctor’s office had sent the order and really cared. Great office and the best front desk!

Great staff, always friendly and professional. Been there several times and they are always on time. Whenever a Dr sends an imaging order to another provider, I switch it to Envision.

I was very impressed with the facility and professionalism of the employees. It was clean and using up to date devices. Staff answered all of my questions readily.
