They will rob you blind. Don't trust their estimated patient payment that they make you pay at the counter. I was estimated over $200 and I paid it. Then later got another bill for over $900, more than 4x my estimated amount. Not even close. I wouldn't have agreed to the scan had I known how much it would cost. They weren't helpful with payment plans. If you have to use them, I'd recommend asking how much the scan will be via patient pay rather than insurance, in case it's cheaper. They like to charge insurance companies astronomical amounts to see how much they can get from them. Then when insurance doesn't pay, the patient is left with the huge bill.

I want to give a shout out to the receptionist with red hair, you were very kind and very professional. I also want to say that the two women in the CT room were amazing and courteous. Y'all three deserve a pay raise and recognition. May the Lord bless y'all in many ways for treating your patients as human beings.

Fast service. My only hiccup was that their call center rep sent me as a same day walk-in and said if you arrive before 5: 30pm they will accept you, but when we got there at 5: 25, they initially said we needed to schedule for next day. After discussing it and telling them I was told to walk-in, they agreed to take us so it was a positive resolution. But my advice is to try to call the Bedford location directly to find out if they have really have time to take you walk in, before driving over there.

While the entire Bedford staff was very professional and kind, I must say my very strong impression of the radiologist was totally unsatisfactory and missed important details.

Not really impressed at all. The parking was very easy. The waiting room had plenty of seating. The issue was that the four yes four individual sitting at the front desk windows not one of them said hello or made any type of eye contact until I walked all the way up to the window. It was like not one of them wanted to be there. That was a huge turn off! That's when AI workers would probably be a better fit. If the employees at the front desk act like a computer robot then they should just use that type of check-in system. Anyway the establishment was clean and the gentleman that performed my test was professional nothing over friendly or in no way exceeded my expectations. However, was professional and perform the tests with ease. I would have given them a four star had the front desk not been so lackadaisical and I have experienced this before at this same location, so I thought I would put it in writing. Get it together or go home.

Envision Bedford is the BEST facility I have been to for imaging. They go beyond their ability to produce a quality product. You leave in a good frame of mind about how you were treated while you were there. I have been to other places that are probably equally good, but Envision Bedford has won my heart by treating this 79 year old man in a sincere, kind, and caring way.

Very little wait time. The xray technician, Michael, was thorough, pleasant and very gentle. He positioned my severely arthritic hip as if it were fragile china. I was treated with respect by every member of the staff. Patty Pell

Great experience. Easy check in online and received reminder call the day before by a Real Person This place was clean and everyone was friendly. My techs Shelby G & Rhonda H.explained everything and were very personable! I checked out and had my CD within minutes. Best place to do imaging.

We took an X-ray for my son's foot injury. They read it as 'No fracture, no sign of -'. Went to Orthopedist. "Your son has a fracture, I don't know how 'they' missed it. ", is what the doctor said. Had I skipped going to still see the Orthopedist, his injury would have gotten worse.

I just called them before going to take my exam. As there was a lot of noise on the call I couldn't hear properly.when I asked the the lady to repeat the email to me so I could make sure I spelled it correctly, she replied rudely saying "Ma'am, this will be the third time I say it. Im so happy that I called them before I go.so I could choose a better place to go!

Wow. Walked in, gave insurance card and i.d, and boom ready to go! Got x-ray and I was out! Fast! Friendly efficient from desk staff! Nice comfy waiting area but hardly used it!

This office is amazing! Super clean and very well decorated. The staff were awesome from checking in at the front to the sweet team in the back. Sydney was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Scans can be a little nerve racking so taking that edge of with a welcoming friendly environment is huge. Scheduled at 2pm arrived at 1: 45 walked out at 1: 59 before my actual appointment! We call that a unicorn!

When I first walked in, there were quite a few waiting so I knew it would be a long time before I got in. I arrived way too early so I was prepared to wait or come back. I filled out some forms and was about to leave when the woman at the front desk told me I could wait and see if I got in early. I only waited about 10 minutes before I got called back for the MRI. I was out in no time and I really want to thank the woman at the front desk (can't remember her name) for getting me in right away. Thank you to everyone there for the best treatment. I will be back.

Update after reading owner's response;

Independent of mask mandates, it is highly unprofessional for a medical technician to (1) sneeze in the middle of a procedure (2) not apologize or ask to be excused for sneezing (3) continue to sniffle throughout the procedure. While I appreciate you bringing my feedback to the attention of management, the response to educate me about mask mandates comes off as condescending and defensive.

Sometimes a simple apology goes a long way - that's where I'd start.

Efficient staff, but I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for technicians to wear masks when performing procedures with patients. My tech (Ma-on) sneezed in the middle of my ultrasound and continued to sniffle througout the procedure.

She lightheartedly explained that she had "allergies. " Keep in mind that I was on my back in a dark room managing anxiety because she's in control of navigating an ultrasound device on signifcantly painful parts of my body, so I didn't say one word and hoped to God that she would just finish so that I could leave.

Poor customer service. We made a late evening (7 pm) appointment because my mother needed some extra help into the MRI and I wanted to be there with her. The check in process was smooth but still a lot of paperwork. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. The technician was another story. He was EXTREMELY rude and short tempered because my mother wasn’t moving fast enough. To top it off I was waiting in the hallway and saw him leave my mother alone in the machine for about 5 minutes while he got another patient from the lobby. Not a good experience.

Checked in at 11: 15am for my appt at 11: 45am. People checking in after me after 11: 45am for an xray were seen before me. I am here due to worker’s comp so this is my first time here but definitely do not ever want to come back. Was finally seen at 12: 11pm.

Envision Imaging is the place to go for all your diagnostic needs. From the front desk to the radiologist it is a pleasure doing business with them. They were very professional courteous and accommodating. I needed an appointment urgently and I was given an appointment immediately. I recommend Envision Imaging to everyone.

The ultrasound technologist, Tara, was so good. She answered all my questions professionally and made me feel very comfortable with the process.
