I have used Envision in Las Colinas Tx.several times and the staff has always been very friendly, professional and caring. I highly recommend Envision in Las Colinas, Tx.for any and all your imaging needs.

Awesome experience from when I walked in to when I left. Greeted very friendly at front desk by Madeleine. Jenny did my MRI and was so informative and professional in every way. She definitely made my experience so comfortable.

I am so happy with the service I been getting going in for the third time great staff very wonderful place to get all the imaging services even though I live in Arlington I will be going to this location for all the imaging services.

I don't find an option to zero stars.otherwise I should have rate them zero. I literally got the Bill for 5 times for the same service. Every-month they revise and send a bill for $100 - $300. I ended up paying $1000 where as other providers charged me once and $300 for the same service. Don't even think of going to this service even your doctor/provider recommends you. I strongly suggest to avoid this facility.

I was told that walk-ins are accepted, over the phone. They said no walk-ins when I arrived at the clinic.

I had a CT scan imaging at this place and before getting the service I provided my insurance information and asked them twice to check how much my cost would be as patient responsibility; both times they confirmed it's gonna be all free for me, but after the service they sent me a bill that I couldn't afford to pay and they put me quickly on collections. I'm feeling trapped and extremely disappointed from this facility!

Everyone from front desk to the ct scan tech are very courteous and kind. It’s already anxious having to get the test. I have called to verify what times to drink barium and helped me figure out the times. Very kind and calm atmosphere which is how everyone needs to be in those situations.

I have commented on Envision Imaging's Las Colinas Location in the past. This is a clean and well-maintained facility. I have never had to wait more than ten minutes to be called back for my procedure. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this location for any Imaging that is within their capability.

We had an awesome experience with Envision MRI this week. My Mom was in a great deal of pain and her Dr wanted her to get an MRI. There were no openings but the MRI tech said she would stay a little late to help us out. We were impressed from the get go! It was a clean and neat facility. There was no waiting. The tech's name was Sheila. She was very compassionate and understanding of Mom's issues. She did a GREAT job. Mom is claustrophobic and was extremely stressed out by the MRI machine. Sheila talked to my Mom the entire time, and explained in detail everything she was doing, what the machine was doing, how long it would take, etc. She even played music Mom liked. It was like magic. Mom made it through with flying colors thanks to Sheila's efforts to make Mom comfortable.a BIG THANK YOU SHEILA!

They did not send the images to my doctor right away like they told me they would when I checked out. My doctor did not receive the images to discuss my results until a week and a half later. I had to call Envision Imaging more than once to get them to send the images to my doctor's office. I wasn't pleased with having to stay on top of them like that.

Everything went smoothly end-to-end from doctor's referral to appointment scheduling to on-line check-in to in-person check-in to doing the MRI's to getting the CD and leaving. Thanks for the smooth trip.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond in every aspect of my appointment! The technician was more than knowledgeable, I will not go anywhere but here for my imaging needs!

The x-ray tech who helped me was so friendly and made the process smooth and quick. The front desk was so helpful and kind as well.

Have an appointment scheduled for later in the day. They call and tell me they have an opening for an hour and half from now if I would like to come in early due to cancelations. Prefilled out all paper work the day before and showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment time per their request. Then proceed to wait. 30 minutes after the appointment time they take me back. They told me that they needed to finish with the patient before me. That person checked in the same time I did so i guess there wasn't a cancelation? Not a great first impression of this place. Shame since its close to me.

Abigail the tech who did my study was very pleasant and friendly. The facility is clean and very well taking care of. The 3 stars is because when I schedule my appointment, on the confirmation email and on confirmation text they told me to arrive 15 min before my appointment their business hours show that they open at 7 however, they told me they would be here to check me in. When they opened the front desk dismissed me and pretended I had not asked why they had told me to be there early when no one was going to be in the building.

The staff both at the front and the actual technician that did the x-rays they all were very kind and courteous and definitely I would refer friends and family to envision imaging. Best service

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Priscilla for the EXCELLENT customer service I received today. She was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I’m a provider who is new to the area and she went the extra mile to see if my patient could be seen today. Customer service like this needs to be recognized! Highly recommend Envision based on my experience today and will be sending patients your way! Thanks again!

When first opened front desk employees were very friendly. Recently I fell and hit my head causing a concussion. When I tried to get an appointment was given 1 time. I said that's all you gave.yes. Problem was that I had to work. No other time was offered. My doctors office had to make the appointment.

The signs asking you to wait in your car are unreadable from the car, even when parked directly in front of the door. It's rude to tell customers to wait in the car and cal and force them to get out to get the number, especially when it's raining.
