Envision Imaging of Mansfield

The staff and the facilities are nice at South Arlington. The Mansfield facility which is the location I would like to go to is older. The staff is very nice there as well. I've had two PROBLEMS: 1. When I went to South Arlington on 9-25-2020, my doctor told me, after the fact, he had ordered 3 tests, yet they only did one. 2. When I called to schedule the remaining 2 tests at South Arlington, I was told they did not do the Carotid Artery test at that location, but could do the MRA. The scheduler offered Mansfield because they could do both tests there. I verified that the MRA would accommodate my size and was assured it would, yet when I got to that location, it was too small. They said I would need to go back to South Arlington the next day. I ONLY go out if absolutely necessary because of my incontinence, oxygen equipment and size. I have to take lots of different pads, pad whatever I'm moving back and forth onto PLUS I have no one to help me when I go to the bathroom since my husband is not allowed to go in with me. Because of all the different times and places required to complete these tests, it was very difficult for me and my husband to get me there and home. It would have been nice if I could have completed everything in one visit instead of three. Again, I gave you a 10 because of your Staff. They were great.

The staff were professional and nice. The timing was perfect. The waiting time was less than 10min. The place was clean and nice

All personnel friendly and knowledgeable. The office clean and looks good. I didn't have to wait, they called me back on my appt time.

Sent here by my PCP for chest imagery. Great service friendly ladies at the front. X ray technician was a pleasure to work with. Overall my experience here was phenomenal, I highly recommend.

Envision Mansfield is one of the best locations. The staff are friendly and customer service oriented. They put their clients by ensuring they follow COVID-19 precautions. I appreciate all of their efforts.

Customer service was AMAZING however, the issue was with the online check-in. It would be beneficial if the system could let patients know if they have already checked in so the appointments don't get rebooked. I was scheduled over the phone for a 1 pm appointment but instructed to fill out the form for the check-in online. I was then rescheduled for 1: 45. Thankfully the team was able to get me in and out really quick and more importantly it was up to COVID-19 standards.

I was early for my last appointment and was out before the scheduled time. I appreciated that. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The technician was caring. I have no desire to go elsewhere for my tests.

The staff is very professional, courteous, and always pleasant. You can tell that they take pride in their work. They put the patient at the forefront to ensure they have a good experience. That is very important to me, and is why I choose this particular location in Mansfield to have all of my medical radiological items done.

I had a great experience during my MRI. Everyone was extremely professional and did an awesome job! This was my first MRI and I was a bit uncomfortable. The staff did a great job of talking to me and keeping me focused on other stuff without pointing out the fact that I looked like I had seen a ghost. I really appreciate that!

SUPER SUPER GREAT! The staff are SO POLITE! Extra careful in making sure the patient areas are very sanitized! They're ALL SO KIND! And eager to "serve" with efficiency! My ex ray was done very efficiently. The only thing that slowed us down was all the government paperwork and the extremely deadly killer Chinese flue virous protocols.lol Really the people are professional and friendly much thanks!

Fast and caring staff for my mom's scan of her neck after a fall. Also, extremely fast reporting the results to her neck doctor, as she needed to be seen immediately at the hospital!

Excellent from start to end. The pre-communication regarding the appointment and tests was excellent and timely. The facility was easy to find and drive to. Plenty of available parking in the parking lot. The appearance of the facility both inside and outside was top notch. The entire staff was extremely polite and cordial and took time to explain exactly what they were doing. The technician which handled my test was superb in all aspects. Very calm and collected and took time to make sure that I totally understood each of the steps she was taking in proceeding with the test. She was very reassuring during the test and took extra effort to make sure that I was okay and not stressed. Her discussion during the test made the test time seem to go by much faster and it was very evident that she cared for her patients in every manner possible and also loved her job. I could only rate the entire process excellent.
