Envision Imaging of Plano

Incredibly friendly and professional staff throughout the office! Made a typically tough visit really comfortable. Couldn’t recommend them higher!

Highly recommend this facility! Friendly and helpful staff regarding appointments and financials. Very informative during my scan, always letting me know what to expect and what I will be feeling. Everyone at each step of the process helped make the experience easy and comfortable.

Ultrasound tech was texting the entire time and got major details wrong because she wasn't paying attention. Missed important parts of scan, report was incomplete. They offered for me to come back to redo but why would I want to return to a place like this. Thanks for wasting my time.

Each and everytime I visit the xray technician doesn't call me by my correct name. I tell her and she says nothing. Very unprofessional business at Frisco location.

My appointment was at 12: 45 which I run out of office to do my X-ray. When I arrive they told me my appointment is at 2: 45 pm. I wasted 4 hours for doing nothing.

Had a wonderful appointment with Rolanda at Envision Imaging to perform an Ultra Sound. Rolanda was extremely thorough and thoughtful and helped answer all my questions. She was also really patient and kind.

The experience with Envision has been great and I am also performing at CT for the heart with them later today. I did research and speak to several sevice providers before selecting Envision. In fact I traveled from California to come to the Envision Imaging in Plano, Texas. Envisions does not operate where I live. I could not be happier with the knowledgeable and profesional discussions I have had with the whole team including my experience over the phone and of course the in-person team in the Plano, TX location. I am sure Envisions other locations are excellent as well.

I took a 140 mile roundtrip yesterday to this Envision location, which I was told, is the only one that does my procedure, and used the precious paid leave off work only to be told that there was an issue with my MRI order and that I needed to reschedule. Literally no one bothered with the fact that this was a major expense for me over something that should have been communicated at the time of scheduling or in any case BEFORE I showed up there.

If you insist on using this business, make sure that everything is in order before you let them do your imaging. I used Envision for years at other locations and never had any issues. But this location is apparently isn't their best. I am now left looking for an alternative to Envision, period, because I won't be going back.

Brought my grandfather in for a sono/CT Rolanda did an amazing job, was super sweet and considerate. Tabi (front desk) was very attentive and generous.also very sweet. Awesome staff!

Had a 130pm appointment and it took 2hrs just to start the scan. I will not use this facility in the future.

I was greeted at the front desk as soon as I walked in. Very professional and helpful. The entire staff, especially X-Ray and MRI were extremely helpful and made the entire process very easy. I highly recommend this location.

Great experience from scheduling to billing to the actual imaging procedure. Easy start to finish. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to have all kinds of images done, even though I'm not partial To a MRI, I hate being confined into a small space But it was quick and easy, The staff are really kind and considerate And answer all my questions and Concerns

Very poor experience. Intake staff was rude, combative and not empathetic at all. Place is poorly lit at night and hard to find. So many other options in Plano, you can do better

Friendly and helpful staff that are attentive to your concerns. Another wonderful thing is they always answer the phone with a willingness to answer multiple questions and they have a great self-pay option.
