I loved this place they all very polite n friendly. I've always get my nail n won't go anywhere else.

It’s a hit or miss sometimes. There are really great ladies and some not so great. Couldn’t catch this until I was out in the sunlight.

It was my first visit and I enjoyed it! I'll be a regular customer! I was shown to a chair immediately and offered refreshments. The massage chair was comfy and my nail tech (gel pedicure) was excellent. I definitely recommend for a treat yo self day!

Called and made an appointment for 123o.showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. An hour and 20 minutes later I was still waiting. Everytime I asked I was told to sit down and wait. Not the best customer service at all.

Love this place.it is clean and relaxing. I like it because it’s not ghetto and they do a really good job. I used to go to the one on riverside and the last few times I was there 2 of the workers were going to fight over tips and another time a client was threatening them when they said they were calling the police because she didn’t want to pay

Horrible service old outdated Asian nail and pedicure tech ladies that do NOT clean there supplies or towels I reported them to health department TDLR for deep investigation because I received a HOT TUBE spa infection after a pedicure my son and I received …this place need to be SHUT DOWN I REPEAT SHUT DOWN and I will remember the old lady if she ever works for a nail shop in Austin or Manor and report her there she was not clean and did not use new cleaned supplies or customer the spa food tubs looked dirty and disgusting when the blue plastic they had on was removed. Run from this place if your ever in Manor Tx

Reasonable prices…HORRIBLE service. Their colors are old and faded on the examples of the nails in the book. The lady that did my ombré nails literally stacked 2 tips on each of my nails underneath the dip powder and shaved my natural nail down severely. The lady with my refund yelled at me when I had been in complete and total control of my attitude although I was completely irate (if anything I should lost my temper not her) and threatens me with the police. This place sucks for sure.

Terrible, came in here with an appointment already made. Was told to sit down and two other women came after me and got taken care of first. This is absolutely terrible.

I treated myself today. I had my ultimate pedicure, which I think everybody should try it. It was sensational and relaxing. I continue to pamper myself with a full set of nails French style. DEFINITELY don't get your lashes done here I had a nice set and asked for a fill and Hannah messed them up so bad. They were over glued and uneven and itchy. Also she made me wait 2 HOURS to soak off my last acrylic set that she convinced me to get rid of and finished two other fill sets while she made me wait. After I had already waited an hour to get in a chair! Came in at 4 left at 830 wth. Giving a couple stars for the fact that they stayed for 2 1/2 weeks but they were all different lengths and crooked and between those two services I spent $150. It's experiences like these that make the easy going nail clients b*tchy about their set.

Terrible! Don’t waste your time and money at this place. They put beginners on you without telling you next your there 3hours just for a pedicure. They become upset if you ask for something that isn’t basic and talk about you in their native language. I highly don’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Waiting two hours for the lady to do this, had to use an app to translate because she did not understand what I wanted her to fix, she pinched my skin repeatedly after I told her to stop because she was so sloppy and clearly had not clue of what she was doing.

I've always been anxious going to nail shops because I have been burned and nicked. Or my callus treatment was so rough my feet were sore the next day. But Envy Nails and Spa have won me over completely! I have finally found my lady! Amy always takes such great care of my feet! These toes have never looked this good baby! Li is amazing as well. Thank you ladies so much for always taken care of me and my Mom and truly pampering us to the fullest. We will be back (again) next month.

Amy, Hana, Leann n Nancy did an amazing job! We brought our 84 year old Mom and they were patient n caring with her. They were thorough and meticulous with every detail! You have to treat yourself to a wonderful pedicure here! You will not regret it! Best place in Manor

This place is the best! Our favorite "date" is to come here and have our nails done by Wendy and Amy! So talented. So friendly. So customer-oriented!

You want to get pampered, go here. We always go before a cruise and they make me proud to wear flip flops every time.
