EōS Fitness, Houston TX

I was dissatisfied with the gym I was going to in EaDo. A friend mentioned a grand opening special at EOS so I decided to check it out with him and was so impressed that I later ended up joining!

Parking can be a little tricky due to the popularity of this gym but there are a lot of spots available. The parking lot was also recently expanded and I believe there are plans to open a parking garage underneath the gym soon as well.

The first thing you'll notice walking up to the building is that it looks like some sort of futuristic spaceship with RGB lighting coming out of different windows. When you walk into the lobby you are always greeted by friendly staff, which I personally really value and find helps me start my workouts on the right foot.

The machines are all top of the line and brand new. I was initially very impressed with the wide variety of machines as well as their quality. There are a ton of squat racks equipped with calibrated plates and deadlift platforms, plenty of benches, and plenty of dumbbells with multiples in commonly used weights and 2.5 lb.increments between most of the weights as well.

The gym is very popular. If you go anywhere near peak hours you should expect to wait for equipment. To many people this is a downside but I personally believe you can't fault a gym for being awesome!

Lastly this gym's premium membership which comes with unlimited guest passes among other great benefits, is only $30 a month.it almost seems to good to be true.

If you are looking for a solid gym at an unbeatable price and don't mind the waits, this gym is for you. I highly recommend checking it out.

If I could review them with 0 stars I would I signed up with a 14 day trial trim out I signed an contract with them for yearly subscription they have it of hidden fees do not trust them they are trash and the manager also could help lady on the phone was rude cussing me out 0 stars again a lot of hidden fees be careful

Went for a step class. But this Gym is beautiful. Very up to DATE 2023 MACHINES. AND LAP POOL. WISH I LIVED CLOSE BY

Way too many people feel trapped n what if a fire started. Parking issue. The air fresher you can smell as soon as you walk in isnt pleasant at all. Has a weird scent its really nauseating.
Wish they would change it seriously.

I feel i must go in the middle of the night so i dont have to wait or fight to use the equipment n not feel hurried to finish up my sets.

Quite honestly the biggest botched gym opportunity in the city. Amazing location, great equipment. Poorly ran, way too cheap for the area, overrun with people. Constantly waiting for machines while others sit and txt or try to fix their tripod. Parking is horrendous and the two restaurants above and below haven’t even opened yet. 3 men’s bathroom stalls for the whole place. Place should’ve been the best gym in Houston, now it’s just barely tolerable in exchange for the convenience of the location.

Nice gym, has some great amenities. The employees are ok. But yeah, the parking situation is the actual worst. Can't wait to see how that works out when the restaurant downstairs from the gym opens up and blocks half the spaces for "valet". Even the handicap spots are not safe. There are always cars without handicapped plates or placards in them! And I have a placard.

One of the best places I have workout in. Machines are really clean and new. I wanted to try the recovery room, but I believe you have to pay for that or it’s an add-on to the membership. I’m on a 7 day trial so I’m definitely coming back.

I love this gym. It is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is also a plus, it's by everything!

They have the garage open but you can’t access the elevator door inside…getting second hand embarrassment from this gym, a child could run this place better

I recommend charging more to PAY for quality staff, AC that works, and that should reduce the amount of people which should make parking more accessible. Whoever’s idea it was to sell as many memberships as possible for a low price even though parking is not enough, should not be making decisions.

Honestly it’s a very nice gym, good amount of equipment. It even has a super cool outside turf area. People that work there are super nice and helpful.

They have great workout machinessss parking has gotten better overtime and staff is very helpful, specially overnight. Clean place as well.

There is absolutely no parking at all here. Please do not sign up for this gym. He will be driving around the parking lot for 20 minutes to find parking.

They sold way too many memberships, literally you can't work out without somebody asking you for your machine. Tried to cancel and they don't want to accept my cancellation. We will see where it goes. Worst gym ever m

Great gym. Horrible parking. I parked in the parking garage and someone broke into my vehicle. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said it was the property manager’s issue.

Staff isn’t as welcoming and out going as other locations but overall it’s a great location and workout experience

Super busy (parking can be and issue) - but pretty awesome facility! Monday- Friday mornings (6am) are slightly less busy. I train with Andy (awesome) on Sundays, which also tends to be less busy. Nelson is also super awesome- known him for years and am glad to see he made the move to Eos. I have the rejuvenation package and use the waterbed massager every weekend.

No parking, do not come here, waste of your money and alwas busy, i came any time of day, always busy

Didn’t even make it a week before I canceled. I tried going early mornings, after work, and at night. Always packed and there’s always a line for every machine. Good luck finding parking to even get in the door.

It’s a nice gym especially with the two turf areas. Could be one of the best but the sauna is always broken and it’s too many people at all times of the day so it’ll be hard to get on the machine you want. Other than that, it’s a good gym. Pricing is nice too. Location is in a good spot. But parking will get bad once they open the restaurant and condos.

The parking and the gym is crowded even at 9pm Otherwise facility is nice, especially for the price. Stretching area is completely missing.

Update: Do you know that sign up special with EŌS? Check what they actually charge you… It’s definitely not what they offered.

Update: We gave up and canceled membership. Having membership for 3 months and managed to come to the gym 4 times due to parking. When in, place was always crowded filled with wanna be influencers.
