Gym EōS Fitness reviews
16Been going downhill ever since it switched from Texans fit. Hot as hell in there and impossible to do any workouts because way too many people. Machines broken as well.
Went to tour the place & it’s gorgeous but I will say the sales team is a little pushy. I only went to tour to view my options & the salesman was a little condescending when I said that I don’t make money decisions without my husband & the comment was “So you need your husbands approval to get healthy? Just get the membership, you’ll thank yourself for it. ” & I was a little taken aback because though it isn’t much money it just the way my husband & I respect one another in make decisions.
Dee thanks for always opening on time (4am) at Spring Green.
EŌS fitness thanks for the NEW layout. I’m getting a better workout. Please consider opening at 4 on the weekend. Again thanks for all that you do!
Lights in sauna and steam room are too bright. Squinting through what seems to be 30,000 lumens is worse than sitting in the heat. I still see 24hour fitness signs in there. (I’ve been around a long time)
There are times where it is overcrowded but that happens anywhere. No access to the studios down stairs to stretch is kind of lame. Front desk staff is always great and friendly. It’s not as dirty as people say, some like to cry about everything. I see third party cleaning crews in there all the time cleaning everything. I do wish there was a 24 hour option.
Over the years and changes in ownership I have used the group exercise room (when not scheduled) to “solo” stretch and exercise. Normally other members do the same. It’s a nice benefit.
Unfortunately, sometime around 11/1/2023 the door to the group exercise room was locked to solo users or any non-group. Local management indicated this is a new company wide rule and may be permanent.
I hope this rule can be reversed soon, however I put a freeze on my membership today and will monitor the status of the locked door for the group exercise room. If there is no change to the rule, sadly I will cancel.
Amazing place to workout! My trainer, Trae, is passionate about his work and keeps in mind my physical limitations.
I Love this Gym.
It is always clean and or being cleaned.
Most people are polite, respectful and there to workout, not hangout.
And to top it off De is the gentleman who works the morning shift when I go. He is always happy, energetic and encouraging. He called me by my name and made me feel special. Then I heard him call many other people by their names. It’s an awesome gesture to get to know the people who support you business. Grateful for smiling De to greet me at the door.
Staff is very friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile. Never too crowded during the times I attend. Everyone is in the habit of wiping down equipment with provided sanitizing wipes located every few feet, so equipment is never dirty. Very happy with my membership!
I can tell the new manager really cares about the member experience and upkeep of the club
Amazing service! Ralph has been especially helpful to me transitioning to a new job and insightful! Thank you!
Cancelled my membership because ever since EoS fitness took over its completely gone down hill. Not as sanitary / clean as before, gym is always packed, they took away some great glute machines, no space all the machines are crowded together. Just not a fan anymore. Texans fit was the best.
The gym has plenty of equipment to offer. It does get crowded at times but that's with any large gym during peak hours. The staff is friendly and the equipment is clean. If something is broken it's fixed relatively quickly.
Amazing gym for the price, the only thing that truly annoys me are the hours, they close at 8pm on friday… REALLY? On a friday!? Other than that amazing gym
Hate this gym everything is misplaced, can rarely ever find any clips, no belts for dips or pull-ups, people barely put their weights away and when they do it usually ends up with a 10 pound weight behind 4 45’s. Workers are chill though.
I've been a member since 2019, now that Eos has taken over the gym's quality is so bad. The gym is super packed with people and the quality is dropping. I rather pay more and have a good gym than pay less and have that many people
Horrible horrible gym. I went to try it out on their 7 day passes, and it was a terrible experience. Everytime I went the gym has been PACKED, having to wait for machines and feeling so crammed. Bathrooms are meh, ok. Good thing I tried it first before giving in to their low sign up prices. DO not come here, better to visit LA fitness or villa.
