Best place on the planet for morning coffee and talking with the owner who makes sure you're happy with you drink!

I didn't have an opportunity to try the coffee, but the Gelato was delicious! My kids got lots of different flavors, and none were bad. One of my kids even liked the coffee Gelato. For me, personally, the grapefruit was amazing! I regrettably mixed it with lime (which was good but unnecessary) and wished I had stuck to just grapefruit. They were all out of the heaven flavor, which is a crowd pleaser, so I'll have to withold judgment. If you're in there before me, let me know how it is!

Appreciated the better variety of gelato flavors than most places around here, but wasn't very impressed by the authenticity or freshness. Plenty of comfortable seating and parking places, though.

Gelato was good, interior was nice, gelate expensive. Customer service was pretty bad.

Not rude necessarily, but teenage workers were indifferent and didn't seem to care at all that we were customers, just to pay and go. They didn't even say thank you to any of us (we had a party of 8), which is a small thing, but didn't realize how important it was. Recommendation to the owner to train their workers a bit better. A thank you goes a long way and shows the businesses attitude toward their customers!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience there. Me and my husband went there for the first time on labor’s day holiday and were very excited. There were two young attendants who treated us with great indifference and rudeness (even though I said it was our first time on site). Anyway, the gelato is very tasty, but the service is terrible and we prefer not to return more. Sad.

Epic has become one of my go-to spots for getting work done during the day. Their menu offers plenty of options for everyone. Some of my favorites are The Way (hot or iced) and their peach blossom iced tea! The affogato is also great! The staff members are kind and patient, and they are always looking out for their customers. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Could have more fresh options to eat breakfast and brunch on Sundays.

Kind of pricey, but worth it for an occasional treat. The cookies are just ok, nothing special. On the other hand, the gelatos are excellent, with natural rich flavors. It's a taste explosion to be experienced at least once.

Great local gelato place. Everything we tried was delicious! Small counter to order with a line when we arrived meant we all jostled around to let people who paid already get out to the tables. Only reason I take off a star.

Didn't like it much. For a person who's been to Italy, I don't recommend this place.

One of the best ice cream I ate in DFW area. They don’t have it always but, they have one flavor that I love love love “bacio”

There is something to be said about a coffee shop that remembers you even though you live out of state. Richard is the owner and knows what he is doing when it comes to coffee. Sunday he makes these breakfast quiches that are to die for and always has freshly baked goods up for grabs. What brings me back to Epic is how Richard and his staff treat each person like they've known them for years. Richard is an expert at remembering faces and drinks. His son Dylan is working there now and he is an absolute delight. When I left Flower Mound to head back to Missouri it was like leaving family at Epic. These are my people and they have room for new friends. There is something to be said about the "Cheers" atmosphere, that I'll miss until next time. Richard, if you're reading this "I am the status"

The pistachio ice cream is the taste I've been looking for it's perfectly creamy. My family and I also love their mango and orange sorbets.

This place is the best for gelato and coffee in flower mound! They even do gelato cakes. We ordered one for my daughter's birthday and it was fantastic! The gelato is not overpoweringly sweet and you can customize the cake any way you want. The cake is priced by weight.

Good ice cream but rude service. The lady taking care of the store tonight simple didn’t want to work, half an hour before closing hour and she didn’t sell us coffee and literally kick us out of the store, turned everything off 10 minutes before closing hour

Fantastic homade gelato! I got the key lime, peach, and mixed berry and they were all very, very good!

Cosy ambience, nice location, variety of choices, good service, reasonably priced & better quality! What else can you ask for? Do check it out if you are in the area.

The place was quite empty for a weekday afternoon, that definitely enhanced our experience.

We tried Gelato & Coffee, both were good. They have Smoothies, Gelato, Hot & cold Beverages, variety of Tea, etc. One should be able to get something that they are looking for.

We’re surprised to find that good coffee & gelato spot far from Dallas. Peach gelato is really fantastic! Needless to say that cappuccino and raspberry muffin were excellent too. Dog friendly patio and very comfortable patio chairs, really enjoyed sitting there
