Epic Health Services is a great private duty nursing company that services pediatrics and their families all over. Specifically, at the Fort Worth branch, the Operations Department prides themselves in making the patients, their families, and their nurses priority. Working around the clock to make sure everyone is valued and appreciated. Blane Curley, one of the Client Services Supervisor has now worked almost 5 years with the company and has established solid rapports with the field nurses and the families assigned to the Fort Worth office. He is a leader that steps up to resolve situations when they arise. He is a father of a beautiful young daughter and cherishes quality time with her. I believe this aids him to work so diligently to assist the needs of the families serviced through the Fort Worth office.

I have worked in the Epic Fort Worth office since 2014. I can truly say that it has been an adventure. Blain has been the main staffing coordinator that I have worked with since he came to this office. He has always been very professional as well as friendly, and is always willing to help me with my scheduling as well as any issues that arise in the homes that I am working in. I have worked in the Austin and Temple office and I must admit that the Fort Worth office has been my favorite by far

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. Guilt tripped a special needs mother to stay with the company after many mess ups on there part after being informed we would be leaving for another company.

We have been with them for two year and they still can’t fill my son shift. We have had two nurses OD him. A nurse lose him. A nurse fall asleep. Every time I make management know about the problems they don’t seem to care.
