Epic West Family Dentistry, Grand Prairie TX

The staff is friendly, Nina is very thorough. She is very gentle and explained every step. I have been to other chain dentists (Mint dentistry) and after a cleaning with them I left in pain and was sore for days. With Nina I left with no pain or soreness! I will be recommend Epic West to all of my family and friends

I can’t say enough about Epic Dental West. I would say this is best dental office I have been to as long as I can remember. The staff is friendly and the Dentist who did the cleaning and filling did an excellent job. I was pleasantly surprise to see their pricing. I went to the Central Park Dental before going to Epic and Epic price is 1/2. At Central Patk Dental they wanted to pay out my pocket and then I would have to file a claim to get money from ins company. Epic doesn’t any of that. I am so glad I found Epic Dental.

Dr. Dinh and her staff are friendly and professional. I have been searching for about two years for a new dentist and I’m so glad I found her. I highly recommend her! Also got a filling and it was painless. Her and the technician were so gentle.

My experience with this Dentist office was great, when i walked in the girl at the front desk said can i help you, i said i needed a tooth pulled and i handed her my insurance card, she looked up my Dental coverage and told me the coverage and made an appointment for me the next day, i was impressed she was good, the next day i went in to get my tooth pulled, the girl at the front desk told me they would right with me, and soon the Dental assistant took me to my room and got my xray and gave me instructions on what to do after i got my tooth pulled, she was very good, i think she is a good dental assistant, soon the Dentist came in and gave me the shot to numb my mouth, she made sure i was ok when she did that, she cared about my health, and i did not even know when she pulled my tooth she was that good, she is the Best Dentist i have ever went to in my Life, i don't know what i have done to get this good of care from a Dentist office, Thank you

First time coming here and my experience here was great! Loved how clean, and how friendly everyone is. It is a very happy environment between the staff and their patients. Will definitely be coming back for my next appointment. 5/5 stars.

Dr. Nina and her team always provide an A+ experience from when you walk in the door, to the professionalism by everyone, and the treatment by everyone. Thought me and my family used to live really close to the practice, and we have since moved further away, we still try to stay with Epic West, Dr. Nina and her team regardless because the treatment is EXCELLENT! Thank you Dr. Nina and everyone on your team for everything you all do for me and my family!

This whole office experience was great. From the waiting room beats to the fast efficient verification of insurance, reasonable pricing and fun personalities this place is a well oiled machine. Cant remember the last time I left the dentist feeling good till visiting Epic west family dentistry. Referred by my neighbor and plan to take the whole family here from now on.

Me and my children had our first visit last week. It was honestly a great experience with everyone there they explained everything and made sure we all felt welcome and comfortable hands down best dental experience I’ve had ever, definitely will be mine and my children permanent dentist.

This place is the best! I have taken my kids and I to another place and the experience there was horrible, uncomfortable, degrading, and just down right rude. This place showed us comfort and all the above they were great and my 3 kids felt the same way. They dont try to scam you in more then what you need done they actually work with you and help you understand. Love it and highly recommend this place/ location. Everyone there are super sweet and amazing I'm super excited to say I have found my forever dentist I definitely highly recommend!
