The lady who checked me in was very professional and accommodating. My husband was in the car waiting for his appointment and she let me complete his registration, with his IDs.
The wait was not long at all.
I wish I knew her name, but the nurse was wonderful. Professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable about my history in the practice.
Dr. Vin is professional, friendly, thorough. I felt like she "saw" me a a person, not just a patient.
It was a very productive visit and I give high marks to everyone I met that day. I'll be back in 6 months and I will highly recommend Dr. Vin

TLDR: They are just okay.

Staff are friendly but they seem to be a bit unorganized. I will arrive early and will always be seen at least 10 minutes after my appointment time. My last visit I was still waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time with still 1 person ahead of me. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm rather than the exception. They have failed to follow up and schedule appointments as they said they would and which was required by the medication that they prescribed me.

After seeing another dermatologist and receiving no relief for a rash, Dr. Li was able to diagnose the issue at the first visit and prescribe treatment. After just 3 visits, I'm so happy to finally have relief after years of dealing with this skin issue.

I have been here 5 times now and have received excellent service every time. The wait time in waiting room and in the patient room is minimal.
The doctor and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They take excellent care of you!

First visit with Dr. Chung. Both she and Kim were kind, efficient and thorough with the exam and treatment. I highly recommend this team.

The doctors and nurses were very welcoming and helpful. They we always ready for questions I might have and guided me in the correct direction.

This feed back is specifically for the admin staff and Assistant staff. Terrible service. We went for acne treatment for my teenage daughter. The acne is normal for a teenager but the PA prescribed oral pills that are used for diuretic patients to treaT blood pressure. Too aggressive! They also sent the prescription to a pharmacy that they are affiliated with. I would have liked if they asked where I want my prescription to be sent. I had to call them several time s to get the prescription changed to something more milder for a teenager.

Very efficient office. Dr. Chung is amazing, as is her staff. Only issue with this office, is getting through to them on the phone. In person, and on the phone, once you get them, they are all polite, helpful and leave you feeling wonderful.

Dr. Lucy Li and her staff are the most amazing people! They are all friendly, efficient and professional. I definitely recommend her if you should ever need a dermatologist!

Dr. Chung was efficient and thorough. This was my first visit and I was concerned that I'd be pressured into multiple biopsies that may or may not be needed. I wasn't. She assessed three lesions, two on my head and one on my back, and advised cryotherapy removal, which she did during the exam, advising a follow up in three months as the back lesion may require a second treatment. The clinic is clean and the staff excellent. Waiting room time was around 5 minutes.
