My experience have been nothing but amazing. From walking in to the consult to leaving the office everyone was very nice and respectful and professional. The dermatologist really took her time to answer all my questions and concerns throughout my time there. She is very informative and is very caring about all her patients. Highly recommend

Don’t waste your time here. I made an appointment here to get a check up and talk to someone about a cosmetic procedure. At my appointment, after I paid my copay of course, I was told I needed to book an appointment in Frisco to go over options and a pamphlet was shoved in my hands. Waited 2 weeks to get a call back and they tell me they won’t see me without a non refundable $100 deposit. This company is a joke.

This was a wasted trip to the dermatologist. It has been 30 years since I have been to a skin doctor and I could tell she was completely not interested in doing a thorough skin exam. She gave me information on one concerning place but it could not even be treated in that office. She referred me out to Frisco. It was a waste of time and money! We will definitely try another local dermatologist.

Very knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate during my visit. They listened to me and answered my questions thoroughly!

Back in 2020 when the pandemic started taking off my hands got a horrible contact dermatitis break out to the point I ended up going to a dermatologist and he ended up having Me take oral and topical antibiotics and time off. Unfortunately it never fully went away and would just keep getting irritated etc once back at work after time off.so eventually no matter what I did my hands just kept breaking out. I even went to another dermatologist (epiphany dermatologist in Arizona) and they got it kind better but still no cigar. THEN fast forward to me living in Texas and making an appointment here with the epiphany team and Dr Gurney she has since found such An amazing solution to my hands! They haven’t looked so amazing I almost two years thank you so much!

My visit was very good. Everyone was very nice and check in was easy and fast. My wait time was very short and visit was very informative and quick. Mary was very nice and very friendly. Great visit

The receptionist was efficient. The medical assistant (Oliva) who guided me to the exam room was kind and had clearly reviewed my intake documents before bringing me back. P. A. Gurney did a thorough exam and was open to questions. She explained things well.

Super accommodating, kind, and helpful staff. From the from desk to the doctors, my appointments have always been quick, informative, and easy. Love this place!

However, it was extremely difficult to find. I suggest a sign with “Epiphany” in the parking lot to let patients know you are located within the interior of the complex.

I got the service that I was needing for my first appointment. However whenever I called to let the staff know that I had covid and needed to reschedule no one reached out to me. I had to call five times and left many messages. Finally after reaching a receptionist picked up and explained to me that she wasn't able to call people back because the phones were ringing. She then promptly hung up on me before I could reschedule. If they would call their patients back and inform them of the status of their appointment I bet the phone calls would be drastically reduced. I'm giving a 1 star due to the fact that I was hung up on and I'm not able to get my rescheduled appointment. I currently have stitches that need to be taken out and they don't seem to care.

Mary was great. She was kind, through and asked good questions. Her bedside manner was refreshing and she spent time with me, I did not feel rushed. Mary has worked at this office for 4 years, I’m sure she is one of the reasons the reviews are so good here. I’ll definitely go back for any dermatology needs and recommend this office.

I was seen in a timely manner. I was treated with courtesy by a professional staff. My concerns were listened to and am hoping my condition will improve. Came here because I wasn't satisfied with the previous providers treatment. This place give me hope for improvement.

DO NOT use this clinic, they over charge their patients and refuse to properly go through insurance. This denton office charges me $100 for my procedure, but if you go up the road to the colony location of the same epiphany chain they charged me$17 for the EXACT same procedure and properly billed my insurance. Their HR department is the most unhelpful group of people, let alone rude and talk to you like your stupid. They never once offered to look it
over my issue or get with my insurance just told me that im wrong and “its hard to explain these charges” My best advice is to check your insurance EOB’s before you give this clinic a dime of your money

Excellent first visit. PA Mary Gurney, and the nurse, and front desk provided excellent services. Provided reasonable options, and were able to take care of my needs quickly. While office is tucked in between buildings, its relatively easy to locate. Very convenient for Denton. I'll be back, thank you.

Had a terrible looking rash on the side of my nose that came up overnight. It was quickly diagnosed as Shingles. I had Chicken Pox as a kid but was clueless to how having had Chicken Pox put me at risk for Shingles. Diagnosed quickly and proper med was prescribed. Very courteous staff.
