Receptionist was very polite and courteous upon arrival. My wait time was less than 15 minutes after arrival. The nurse was very nice and polite as well. Beautiful facility and very clean.

First time visit. Was seen by Alvaro. He has great customer service and is very friendly. He listened to my concerns and helped me with solutions to those concerns. Definitely recommend this establishment and Alvaro's services.

Dr. Ozanich is an excellent physician I so appreciate his cosmetic expertise I highly recommend him he has made such a dramatic improvement in my overall appearance.

On my initial visit I was very impressed with Alexa Meraz, PA, and Dr. Adrian Guevara when they took their time in examining me and answered all my questions in a respectful and professional manner. They made me feel welcomed as if I was a personal acquaintance. Together we agreed on a course of action for my treatment.

I had a follow up visit on 11/20 and was treated with care and respect. Alexa listened to my concerns intently and with great interest. She performed a treatment for an issue on my scalp which ended with good results. I would recommend Epiphany and Alexa to anyone.

On July 15 I was seen by Alexa Meraz with a skin growth issue.she removed the growth and said it would be sent for biopsy.i received the results via the Patient Portal. I was impressed with Alexa's courtesy, professionalism and skill.

I was seen on November 4,2023. My wait time from check in to seeing PA Meraz was minimal. Her attention to my concerns were addressed with interest and care. Her caring and interest in patient needs is of the highest quality.

If you are looking to meet with someone for less than 10 minutes then this is the place for you. I met with a provider for about five minutes, she rushed through the meeting, and I did not feel that I was able to ask any questions.
I also want to warn you about the hair removal services. They charge about $100 for the deposit that has to be payed when you book the appointment. They will not refund you the money if you cancel the appointment on the same day.
Lastly, their front desk workers are very rude.

Very happy with Dr Ozanich. Get me In and out without too much delay. Dr O can determine what is wrong with me quickly and treat me while I am there without coming back for another visit and doing the procedure then.

Excellent care, the doctor takes the time to answer all your questions and give them a solution, all the staff are super friendly

Outstanding office management, efficient and happy environment. Appointments scheduled appropriately, no long waits. Providers are competent.

Jocelyn the front desk “person” is a mean person, she treated my mother with no respect just because my mom doesn’t know how to use their online system …Jocelyn has no manners, i will go somewhere else
