Doctor, PA and nurses were attentive and made me feel comfortable. I got the results on the tests they ran on me in a normal period of time and advised me of what I needed to do to
help myself get better. I really appreciated their skill and bedside manner. Thank you.

It was great just a little to long of a wait but it's to be expected with so many patients.

The orderly that checked me in seemed preoccupied with staying in his office and watching TV. He was of little help. The doctor and nurse also seemed hesitant to assist me. (Later, the nurse finally took action realizing how serious my condition was.) The doctor continued to be aloof despite my bloodwork showing more than 20 abnormalities. I do not plan to visit this ER again.

Still living up to there reputation obviously. This will be the LAST time I go over there. I went in because I was having fever and headaches. They just gave me a chest X-ray and told me I had mild bibasilar atelectasis. (Which makes no sense) No blood work done nothing but an x ray. I have insurance so not sure why they didn’t want to run further testing. The reviews speak for themselves. Do not go to this place. You’re better off going somewhere else. These people do not care about their patients.

Great staff, doctors, and nurses. I was seen within a matter of minutes and got very good care. Checkout was fast and done via an Ipad. Would highly recommend if you have an emergency.

I had gotten a saw injury on my right index finger. The doctor did a fine job stitching it up. Everything was fast and accurate. Everyone was gentle and polite and very kind. Very professional.

I was getting refills and waited a couple hours to get wrong refill scripts given to me but wasn't gonna wait longer for correction.

Horrible condescending doctor. Wouldn't let me finish sentences. Rolled his eyes when trying to tell him my symptoms. It was 3am, I wouldn't have gone, but I had called my doctor, and they said to go to the ER. I was there for very high blood pressure, numbness in arms, dizzy, and migraine. Well, he corrected me and said unless it's medically diagnosed, i just have a headache. And he said my blood pressure cuff was probably the wrong size, so he didn't believe me. He said I seemed "with it" so other than a blood pressure reading, (which was still high, just not as high as at home) they didn't see a need to do any other tests. I should have walked out immediately when the nurse who came to the waiting room asked my husband if he really wanted to be there since they had covid in there and they don't have " on call housekeeping " and she's too busy to make sure every area is disinfected. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!

The nurses were terrible. The worst. Whenever they moved me to the 8th floor the staff. Was the best. Never had better care. Than the 8th floor. As for the e.r. Worst care ever.

The staff was busy and understaffed. The waiting area despite a guard felt unsafe. I was constantly watching everyone and making sure I knew where the exit were. There were questionable characters in the waiting room with my best guess that they recently illegally crossed the southern border. Oh but wait, the current administration says it is closed and controlled. Nope! The staff was helpful but visibly drained. They were personable and professional given the circumstances. The waiting room and bathroom were visibly dirty and the bathroom had blood. My husband had broken his foot (open wound) and was bleeding. I had wrapped it with pressure and even placed a bag over it. I offered to clean up any mess he left. The security guard helped us check in for triage. There were no wheelchairs in the waiting room. The doctor was busy and took a quick look. Didn't ask about meds except blood thinner or medical history althought he was their 10 months ago. The young nurse tried but was coughing, overwhelmed and I physically had to assist her to clean, wrap, and stabilize the wound (all of which I was capable of doing at home.) They did give him a shot of antibiotics and a script for amoxicillin which anyone with a brain knows is not available anywhere in the country. I managed to get him into a specialist the next morning we left there at 4: 30am. He cleaned it up, x-rayed it with more views, set it, and cast it with follow-up in 1 week. He wrote for doxycycline which is an available script given the supply chain. Both my husband and I ended up with flu/flu like symptoms (that we didn't have prior to the ER visit). I attribute that to cleanliness, limited staffing, and that I assume you get more $ for seeing illegals fro m the government than you do from hard working tax paying citizens. The woke progressive world infiltrates everywhere at our detriment.

The process was horrible. There were not enough chairs in the wait room. Staff coming in and leaving work was very rude to patients that were waiting to get treated.

I went to the Northwest ER because of a kidney stone.
My care team was Connie, nurse practitioner; Megan, RN; and Glenn, EMT. I could not have wished for a better team. I was seen promptly, my pain was well controlled. I felt everyone had my best interest at heart. Yolanda, with housekeeping, even took time to check on me.
Superb care; I would not hesitate to return or advise any of my family to choose Northwest ER for their care.

No stars! If you or a loved one needs medical care do not go to this location-worst experience and left before administered medical treatment for lack of professionalism lack of knowledge and overall carelessness
