Dr. Sides as been my doctor for years. He is a great surgeon and takes his time to explain in detail.

I fractured my humerus on a Sunday in Ruidoso. Er confirmed and told me to follow up with an ortho on Monday. I made an appointment with Dr sides for 2: 30. I understand he got tied up
In surgery. So around 4: 45 I finally saw PA - he looked at X-rays confirmation of fracture. He recommended a different type of sling than I was given - but they didn’t have it at the office. They gave me recommendation for 3 places to go purchase. I was in excruciating pain and by the time I left the office- none of the places were open. PA who I really liked - recommended CT scan to rule out soft tissue damage because of the site of the fracture. Insurance denied in favor of MRI. I called the office back to let them know it was denied and they were to call me back- well that was a week ago. So no call and absolutely zero follow up. I work in healthcare with the elderly and I cringe to think that my patients would have to go through this. Needless to say- I picked up my X-rays and will be following up with another doctor.

Very rude staff. Unprofessional office owners who don't care about patients and go as far as to get into arguments with them. They lack professionalism and are obviously quick to try and save face by deleting accurate reviews to make their business look better.
