Eric's Car Care - Medical Center, Houston TX

This is my go-to for any car repairs! I have been to them many times. They get it done! They honor the warranty too without giving me any troubles!

Smooth experience with Eric car care for my state inspection. I have been using them for many years and I am very happy with their services.

The service was excellent and quick. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They offered car service and I don’t have to worry about getting a ride home and to pick up my car. I will return to Eric Car Care whenever I need car service.

I made an appointment and they took me right on time. They did the inspection timely, and I was on my way in no time. Staff was friendly and professional. I have used them for several years and always pleased.

Amazing service. They send you a detailed report of everything they did on your car. They also vacuum your car for free. I have absolutely no complaints. I will go to this mechanic for as long as I live in Houston!

Didn't acknowledge me whatsoever when I walked in. Made a point to assist someone else before even saying "be with you in a second". 3 people sitting there. Im black so that might have factored in (they were all white) but it couldve just been bad service/feeling they dont need my business. I just decided to go down the road to Midas.

Scam. I came to get a car inspection and they told me my brake fluid was leaking and tried to quote me some thing in the thousands. I told them that was weird because I just got my brake pads changed the week prior. I drove all the way across town to the other auto shop and they told me nothing was wrong with my brake fluid and there was no leak.

Edit: here to provide more details since you don’t remember me… after I came back to get my inspection approved since you tried to scam me, there were 3 male employees in the office when the culprit that sprayed oil/brake fluid under my car was acting weird/embarrassed he got caught. You didn’t even bother to check my car again when I came back. You approved my inspection quietly and I walked away.

Took my car in to get the AC fixed. They did a great job and were very friendly. I’ll be taking my car here in the future!

They don’t understand what the people are going through and they didn’t let me test drive my car after repair
They charge you a ton please don’t visit

Really great customer service! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening after work. The guys I spoke to told me they would inspect it first thing the following morning. The next day, I received a text message and email with a link that showed me details of the inspection, the recommended services and a cost breakdown. As I was reviewing the information, the agent calls to explain everything to me on the phone. I love that they provided a video and pictures that showed the damage. I gave him the go ahead, and he was honest about the turn around time. My car was ready for pick up the next day, Thursday evening. Amazing experience! I was very satisfied with communication throughout the entire process.

They did a general overall check and an oil change. I had an appointment and they were prompt and did an excellent job.

The employees here are super friendly & helpful! They taught me about my car and gave me a fair price for their services. Will definitely be going back!

I originally went in to get my camshaft checked out it had been causing some acceleration issues. Joshua helped me out. He was super nice and helpful. It is a little bit on the pricier side, but I completely understand why. The service was amazing, my car was fixed and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. It’s better to pay the price and get it done right! Then to pay multiple times with someone who can’t. ‍️

I love the people at Eric's Car Care. I was blown away by their customer service and how quick they were to get my repairs done each time I went there. I was surprised that they were so kind, fair, and attentive to me. They booked me a ride home when I didn't have one and remember me every time I call or walk in. Tony is so personable and asks me how my wedding planning is going every time I talk to him. This place is top notch and they tell you everything they do or find while looking at your car's issue. I thought I was going to get ripped off because I've heard so many stories from people living in Houston. Never once did I feel like I wasn't getting a fair deal from this shop. They have my business from now on. Eric's Car Care is the best! Highly recommend!

Customer service is great, they communicate consistently, and they take the time and have the determination to make sure the problem is fixed once and for all! Love having a place that I can trust.
