Erin Shiner, MD reviews
9Dr. Erin Shiner always makes me feel like I am in good hands, she takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns with my RA. She does not force unnecessary medications on me, as other RA doctors have in my past. Very thorough and professional!
I saw her for about a year. Each visit she’d sit with me for around 5 minutes and disregard everything I had showed her and said. I showed MAJOR signs of lupus, I documented flare ups with photos and even specifically asked her once to test me for it and she said “you don’t have that. ” So I left and went to dr Cooper. Turns out I did have lupus (all positive ANA’s) and the shot treatments shiner had been giving me were damaging my kidneys. DO NOT see her if you want to be taken seriously. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR HEALTH.
Look elsewhere before this stop, she is all about the $, each visit lasts approx. 3 minutes without listens to you
My first appointment with Dr. Shiner. Very gracious and professional doctor and staff. She was recommended by other family members who are her patients.
I unfortunately can’t find a single positive to mention. The bad reviews are accurate, don’t waste your time.
She does her job well and has gotten me on the correct treatment regimen. I can see that people would think her bedside manner is harsh, but grow up and take her treatment seriously.
BEWARE of this doctor! I honestly read
All the reviews on her and thought It wound hurt and giving her chance. Boy was I wrong she sat with me for a total of 5 min just to tell me that I was referred too soon and that the labs my primary doctor sent were probably in an inbox somewhere, so from seeing me she could tell I didn’t have Lupus! That it is just stress, work and my kids. So she would see me in 3
Months! I am self pay so I paid for her for ABSOLUTELY nothing and then I still got another bill!
I read all the reviews about Dr. Shiner before my visit with her and was very concerned about seeing her but my concerns and worry were for naught because she was very kind, caring, patient and professional with me. Took the time to explain everything in layman's terms that I could understand. The whole visit was awesome absolutely no wait time and everyone I came into contact with from the front desk all the way to labs was very polite
She is very attentive and caring. She takes the time to listen and talk with me about my Rheumatoid arthritis and concerns. She is very compassionate about keeping my pain controlled.
I highly recommend Dr. Shiner. Her assistant is amazing as well.
They are both a blessing to have found.
