Escondido Apartments, Lubbock TX

We (my wife & i) have Lived here since it opened in November 2015. In those eight years, the staff has had some turnover, but all of the staff who have ever worked here have been fabulous. It is a great complex in a larger, master-planned apartments community with a pond inside a park that also contains a dog-park, walking path, and lots of room. The apartments themselves are great with good layouts, and the maintenance is responsive, the office helpful, and there are seasonal events to enjoy. They are expensive, but worth every penny for what You get. We Love it here!

I just moved to Lubbock in April of 23. We toured many apartment homes here in the Lubbock area. This one called out to us for many reasons.
1. The staff is nice and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed or unwanted. They answered all my questions and even recommended dates for the floor plan that worked best for us.
2. The space in the biggest two bedroom really feels like a small home. The floor plan was beautifully executed.
3. The fireplace, the back yard are all pluses! Especially with a kindergartener.
4. The community is super quiet.
5. The park just across the street from the property is an added plus! We don’t have dogs but there is a dog park there too.
5. This property is tucked in the very back, which I love but also so close to many stores and restaurants!

We love that call this place home and will be renewing come next year.

Two of my sons have called Escondido home. We love to visit and have always enjoyed the community for its cleanliness and quietness. We definitely love these apartment homes. DReyes#1818

We love our apartment here at Escondido! It's been great living here for over a year and maintenance recently fixed an issue we had with the main bathroom toilet and Chelsea and the staff were so understanding! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been here for almost 4 years and we love it. It’s a quiet area with a pond & dog park. I like that we are close to restaurants and shopping centers. The management team & maintenance man are great. Clean property. It’s nice & quiet place to live. Friendly neighbors

Love living here, it's quiet, Everyone their is really nice and just enjoy my time living here.

Office staff is really nice, maintenance is quick to fix any of your concerns, and the park across the street is a nice perk! Recommend living here if you are looking for somewhere.

Some family lives here, but every time i’ve gone it’s always a great experience.it’s a hundred times more clean than my own apartment complex.if i lived in the area this would certainly be my choice!

Quiet, well-maintained landscape, and helpful office employees all for a great price! If you have a pet this is the place to live because of the beautiful park and dog park right across the street.

I have lived at Escondido for almost 2 years now and love it! One of the big pulls was to have the private park with the dog park. Love how this complex (and others) are tucked back away from heavy traffic and the city. It's close enough to get anywhere quick, but still get a quiet area to live. The apartment managers are quick to reply and usually fix everything within a short amount of time!
