People becareful This is the worst law firm to ever deal with. They have no compassion for their clients. My father came to this law firm in 2021 for help on an injury in his back that occurred where he was employed. He never once meet with a lawyer on his case in person or by phone. He would call with questions and he was told that he would get a call back and never once did he receive a call back. Then in August of 2023 he received an email that they were no longer pursuing his claim
and withdrwaing as his attorney when he never even meet his attorney. Now my father is 67 and is in so much pain and no one will help him because its a workman's compansassion. He worked hard all his life to be left where hes at now.

I was very impressed with the service provided me at Espinoza and Brock attorneys. Very professional, and they were always prompted to contact me if I had any questions. I will continue and highly recommend to all my friends and family.
Lupiita, Hirum, Marisol, and Steven were all very attentive to my needs.

Had to post a neutral review as I post my true comments already below. Almost all of the negative reviews are aimed at Amanda Spencer! She is going to run this firm to the ground! Our family was in complete anguish due to her incompetence, lies, and inability to hold her self accountable. So sad.

Would post less stars if I could. This law firm is a joke. They have a number of complaints with the Texas Bar association. They lie to their clients and drop you when you point it out. Someone is going to get them for malpractice! Save your money and time. Oh and it feels like they steal from you by double dipping, cause substantial financial hardship, continue to take funds with out providing any of the legal assistance they are hired for. The attorney suggested milage reimbursement and when asked what paper work is needed for that she said that's not her job. Great job Amanda. Do not hire them unless it's with Steven. Amanda is the worst.

This review is LONG overdue. I reached out to Espinoza to represent me for a personal injury claim when I was rear ended by a drunk driver with no insurance. All in all the case took about a year and a half to resolve. This is the second time I have been unfortunate enough to be in this situation, however I have the experience of being able to compare my Attorney Steven (and Espinoza) to another local SA based personal injury firm that will remain nameless and there is a stark contrast/night and day difference. Steven (my attorney not his assistant) regularly made time to call me and check on my rehab/progress as well as update me with every single detail as the case progressed. I also called him several times to ask him questions he probably already answered at least once. There majority of the time he answered and if he didn't I would get a (I'm in a meeting can I call you back) message. He never forgot to call back.ever. Me being there realistic individual that I am I know that he has several other cases and clients, his ability to remember every single call back was almost robotic. This whole group is the definition of organized and professional with just the right amount of "we really care" mixed in. It seemed like they handled every step with flawless efficiency. They truly made the other firm I worked with a few years prior look a circus act. The office manager went out of his way to coordinate everything with me and cater any way he could to make things fit into my schedule with basically no inconvenience to me. I don't know how the other Attorneys at Espinoza compare to Steven but I do know this group is meticulous. I really can't say enough about how they (especially Steven and the office manager) handled me and my case. I could write so much more and it wouldn't do them justice. Bottom line, if you need some to take care of you after an accident, it would be criminal to not at least consider them.
