My experience was excellent. I have been following the guidance for only 3 days and am already experiencing weight loss and more energy. Dr. Hayes knows endocrinology well and I completely trust her with my care.
So this is a 1st! I have been experiencing symptoms leading me to believe i have thyroid issues. I called the office to schedule an appt and i was told I needed to already have been diagnosed and had bloodwork done for Dr. Hayes to see me. She will only see me to continue the treatment. Never have I heard such nonsense! Every Dr.that i have ever gone to or worked with, has taken on patients with no past history and found answers to problems. If this is how this dr works, Id rather go elsewhere!
Dr. Hayes offered me exceptional care and really took her time to fully explain everything to me. She also made sure to send me for lab work closer to my home to make sure it was convenient for me. The rest of the staff here is also great and makes you feel right at home. If you need an endocrinologist this is definitely the best place to go!
