I would highly recommend Heather's lymphatic massage! I felt reguvenated and less sore and stiff. She uses YL pure essential oils so you can know you are not adding more toxins to your skin.

Heather is amazing! At first I wasn't sure how I felt about the lymphatic massage, it was nice of course. But after my second one I began to really look forward to them as a wonderful, relaxing retreat. And they are so beneficial! A double win! Heather is so knowledgeable.
