Estates at Westchase, Houston TX

Ever since me and my family moved here they staill havent fix are ac the sink in the kitchen spills out all the water out next move ama have to bring the city so they can see i also got pictures of the things

Been here less than a month been asking for corporate phone number to fix my rent but getting run around! Why pay for somewhere I haven’t stayed in for no more than 3 weeks! Because no electricity in apartment, had spiders in my apartment my kids have got bitten it so much goin on here! I sent a email but no reply go to office the lady up front is rude! I need corporate phone number! I do not want to go to office waste of my TIME!

I came in on Friday and asked to see a one bedroom apt. Ms. Jacqueline Powell was more than happy to accommodate me, She was professional and she has an amazing attitude. Keep it up! Thank you.

I spoke with Jackie and she was very nice and helpful! This is my first apartment, and she went out of her way to help me with the process. The complex is nice, the floorplan is roomy and the prices are great as well!

This is a great place to stay. Clean, great staff, and waved my application fee. I was happy.

To pay $150 during this process just to get passed around and your stressing the importance on when you need to be moved in and it wasn’t taking seriously. I’m not giving away free money for nothing. I found a better place with a better management group. I will get my money back by any means…

This is a safe and clean apt complex. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a great place to live.

Staff was very quick to respond and helpful. I was amazed at how easy it to apply and the process takes 24-48 hours which is very quick. The application is very simple to fill out. We cannot wait to make Estates at Westchase our future home
