We've been here for a few months now and I love it here. The staff is friendly and prompt with repairs or any questions. We love Brenda. She's always friendly and attentive to any needs. The complex is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and we are happy campers! Easily the best apartment experience weve had!

My friends and I lived here for two years. I really recommended a lot of my friends move to here at first and they almost apply successfully. BUT this apartment has lots of unreasonable charge and have different price between two same units have same areas on the same floor. Sounds incredible. Managements are rude. I talked to them find a solution and they told me no solution. I told my friends these recently and they found other apartment. You can be poor on your behavior, not poor on your thought (bec it’s more “poor”)

Well maintained apartment with club house, gym, pool, parking and other services. One of the best place if someone prefers to live towards the east of UT Dallas.

I am in international student at UTD starting Fall 2019. I have been staying at these apartments from past 6 months. Its been very tough stage for students like me who are looking to find safe, clean, affordable and luxurious apartments that are accessible to UTD.

We found many other communities near to UTD but we finally decided to move in to these apartments but we are skeptical till the moment we move in as its completely new place.

But trust me, once I moved in here, I can say that this is the best decision we have made regarding our apartments. The facilities are amazing and I can undoubtedly say that these are the most safest community you can find near to UTD. The cleanliness of the apartments amazed us and to our surprise their service and response rate were super cool, especially need to thank the office persons including Sarah, Samantha and Manager. There are very helpful and whenever you face any problem, they make you comfortable and resolve it with ease.

These spacious community makes us live even close to nature and make you stress free living and gives you even chance to explore various sports and workouts. The sports facilities like Tennis courts, Basketball, Cricket and many made me to be more active and we are playing everyday that's making us more active and energetic which helps me lead a wonderful life. The greeneries and walks you can have along the community will make you feel like you are in a resort.

Especially for girls, if they are looking for communities near to UTD, I can say this is the best and safest community you can find and I promise you can't get better community than this if you want to be near to UTD. Safety in this community allows you to stay hassle free and make you mentally comfortable as these are even in affordable range. Along with, there is a lot of student community and working professionals in the community which will help you make connections and explore various other opportunities.

On a whole, these are the safest, cleanest, affordable, greenest and luxurious apartments for students and working professionals that are near to UTD!

You will NOT find better staff at any apartment office! Absolutely beautiful! Resort-style living! Peaceful!

I love this place for it's amenities. The community has a huge dog park, tennis court, raquetball court, sand volleyball court, basketball, golf room and a yoga room. Not to forget the huge swimming pool. Access to all this makes our living amazing here. I just love the option of standin showers which is rare in most apartments. I also love the flooring which is wood, makes the apartment look beautiful! The location is convenient to Walmart, LA fitness, UTD and much more. The community is clean and well equipped and very friendly people out here.just love the place for everything.

We moved here on Dec. We loved this apt so much as the facities is very new and the staff is really nice to help us a lot. We really prefer you guys who is looking for the apartment to come to take a look:)

I've lived here for over a year and can say it's been a real blessing to my small family. I have two boys that love playing at the parks and soaking up the sun at the pool. Aside from all the great amenities the estates of richardson have to offer, the one thing that has really set them apart from all the other apartments I've lived is the staff. The professionalism and awareness these people posses is like none I've seen before. The Estates are clean quiet and affordable. A pretty new community which has hardwood floor and new appliances. Its club house and 2 fitness centers are very good. Landscape is well maintained. Service request can be taken care of timely.

I moved in 3 years ago and have been pretty happy with it. What other apartment complex offers a gift card drawing as an incentive to generate positive reviews? Innovative!

After a pathetic stay at my previous apartment for 1.5 months, I choose to move into Estates of Richardson. Right from my visit till the move in time, it was an amazing experience. The leasing staff is very nice and they considered our request to look at the apartment 2-3 times as we wanted to be sure of everything before deciding. The storage options are pretty good and at right price. Apartment is clean, ample parking space with good recreational facilities. Have something for all ages. Maintenance guys are really good and pays attention to their work. Also the location is big plus. Right next to PGBT and TX190.
Would recommend to consider this apartment.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had as far as apartment-living goes. The staff is always responsive and quite pleasant. Overall upkeep is excellent with several lovely green areas to enjoy the outdoors. The common areas, including areas for casual gathering and/or a good workout are more than adequate; they are outstanding. This is a great place to live and the location makes it even better.

We moved here about 4 months ago and love it! The complex is really secure and is always pretty quiet. The staff is so friendly and extremely well at communicating fast. We love all the amenities and the maintenance team takes care of any issues almost immediately. Wonderful place to live!

We moved in over the summer and really like it. Front office staff is very nice and easy to communicate with and maintenance is always very quick when we have had an issue. Grounds are kept clean. Amenities are great, everyone who visits me is amazed by them and comments on how nice my apartment is. Close access to George Bush, 75 and the Tollway get me everywhere pretty fast. Also in Plano ISD, which is great school district!

My experience living at Estates of Richardson has been great! The complex is very quiet and safely gated! The staff is wonderful and easy to communicate with for any issues. Definitely recommend the Estates of Richardson for living space!

We are students at UTD and moved in the Summer of 2019 and absolutely love this place. Best part is the pool and the friendly management. All amenities are clean and easy to use for everyone and it is even in a student's budget. Highly recommend it and we might continue this until the end of our graduation.

Lived here for about 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier, best apartment complex I’ve lived at so far. The various amenities are great, the pool is beautiful and any service requests are completed in a efficient and timely manner.

I have lived here for the last three years. No complaints. The amenities are great. I like that they added a rowing machine to the smaller gym. It is also very convenient. You are right on George Bush HWY and the next exit down is 75.
