Esteem Dry Cleaners, Houston TX

I have a very short list of trusted dry cleaners and Esteem is top of the list! They always greet me with respect and care a lot about getting all my items cleaned well. They ask me great questions and make me feel like my stuff is in good hands.

My experience has been excellent! They have done all kinds of cleaning and laundry from regular clothes, blankets, comforters, curtains etc. Always going the extra mile and very timely too. Highly recommend.

I have used Esteem Cleaners a year ago and before, I went today and dropped 5 shirts for ironing, the guy looked up my phone number and found my name as existing customer and when I asked for a receipt he said no worries we know your name.
Came back late afternoon for pick up, he brought my shirts and told me the charge was $ 25.99 including tax, when I said ironing is about $ 1.50 anywhere else, he said his boss did the charges and other cleaners have different prices.
It outrageous charge and ripoff. I was charged 3 times as much as the market price.
It look like new owner/management.

This place is a absolutely amazing! They make an incredible job removing stains of coffee and spaghetti sauce. Plus they have great prices highly recommended!

I always get my jackets cleaned here and they never fully clean them. I’ve been numerous times and the outcome has been the same. The armpits of my jacket smells like I dropped them off and they didn’t clean them.

I brought 1 pair of jeans I told them I would like to be used as an example/template for 4 other pants to be hemmed and tapered. 2 pants did not need to be hemmed as they were the exact same length as the template pair.

They only hemmed the pants. 2 of which they did nothing to as they were already the same length. Then charged me for all of them. When I pointed it out to them, they were not able to offer a refund for the 2 pair they did nothing to. That is such a scam!
