Just called about talking to a terminal manager about aquaring about a job position and was told to go online and fill out an application instead of talking to a terminal manager seems like when you want a good question about a job you have to be ignored when people out there are trying to do better for themselves

You guys are the best. We are a small distributor here in East Texas and we can always rely on you when we have a need for quick delivery. You also make it very easy to do a “ hold on dock” pick up at your Dallas terminal Albert and Robin both went out of their way to make sure we were able to get our shipment picked up on Tuesday so we could get it delivered to our customer as promised later that day. Nothing beats great customer service!

Wouldnt ship with them again. Scheduled delivery was today and freight was still loaded in trailer. Offered to pick up the freight and they charge a 200 dollar back stripping fee. If I knew they were in the storage business I wouldve shipped with someone else.

Estes has worked with us for many years and we haven't had a problem that hasn't been fixed by our rep. The only suggestion I have is that you should be able to scheduled a freight quote after it has been printed. We shouldn't have to revise the quote the same day that we were issued the quote number.

I work with Estes Express for all on my inbound needs and have full confidence in their ability to get my product to me on time and undamaged. Great logistical company!

Very fast to load but put trailers way too close have to drag them out to put up the landing gear

Received our delivery today and was extremely impressed by the driver. He was extremely friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and he had such a positive attitude that he gave me a much needed boost today. Thank you, Estes, for the great transaction and driver!

We use Estes quite frequently for LTL shipments. Our shipments always arrive on time and the staff at the Dallas terminal on Singleton is always courteous and helpful. Estes rates consistently competitive. We anticipate using Estes for a long time to come.

Scheduled pick up on 8/17 its now 9/13 and nothing has been picked up. I have call 6 times. Scheduled through amazon and already paid.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! THE DRIVER CAME TO DELIVER AND EXPECTED SOMEONE TO BE HERE TO HELP HIM UNLOAD IT! WTF ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR! THEN TO TOP IT OFF THEY CHARGED ME A $75 FEE TO REDELIVER IT WHEN SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE TO HELP THE DRIVER DO HIS JOB! I RECOMMEND YOU SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR DELIVERY NEEDS!

We stopped using this carrier for deliveries due to their rude and irresponsible staff. When we tried getting a hold of someone for help, we always kept getting transferred to other terminals, because the Dallas one NEVER answered. I most definitely DO NOT recommend this carrier.

Shipped quickly and without damage to even the shrink wrap. Decided to pick up at dock and wad completely suprised at the professionalism of the dock supervisor. Overall great experience.

They are horrible service been trying to get a hold of them all day and kept saying the lines are busy helping other customers and never answer!
