Item arrived safely, without damage, and 2 weeks earlier than expected. Courier with Davis Delivery System (Charlotte, NC) was extremely friendly and made sure my egg chair was carefully removed from the truck and into my garage. He was smiling the entire time even though he’d just told me about all the previous heavy deliveries he’d just made.

I regularly receive deliveries for my business from Estes. They provide great service. The driver provides great service!

Lack of communication and responding to email. Contradictory instructions on shipping requirements. Delivery guys were nice and helpful. Never did get any of the text updates so why bother offering it.

They missed 3 schedule delivery times without calling or giving an update. It’s like customer time has no value. Promises of confirmed delivery by the customer services members is meaningless. They have no control and no access to the local team. The order has never been received. I had to call the company I purchased the goods from and request a refund.
