I’ve been filing my taxes with this company for a few years now, this last time was ok. I felt like the young lady rushed through mine and my sisters taxes. I had referred my brother which he went in and got an estimate, then tried going back the second time and they told him a different quantity. I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer service here. I wonder if Yvonne really no longer works for the company or is the staff not wanting to help potential clients.

Hey dont file at this place i was went to this louction yesterday i was give all the ducmments they ask in for then the lady told me i have to wait untill tomorrow because her boss have do this job i was there today from1015 to 1250 then she called him many several times at the end he tell her she have to bring her bank statement i wanna let u know guys i was file tax reutern from 10 years ago until now no one was asked me for bank statement ridiculous and never ever im going for this place if i can give tgem under one star i will do that
