We should be able to put 0 stars on companies like this one I am flatbed driver and I’m about to make my 10 hours break here sitting since the morning as all other bad comments says don’t come here at all and blacklist it, I am only staying because it’s Friday and already past 3pm when I realized about the bad loading times it’s about to be 9pm and they still working hopefully they load me as I’ve been told at 5pm before the office people leaves the company they are making the product as they load you horrible experience please avoid the place

Update they ended finishing loading me next day 9am avoid the place avoid it

A wonderful company to work with, that produces very high quality steel materials. The Metal Roofing Supply Building Department has worked with ETAS for several years now, and our experience has always been top tier! They are staffed and managed by professional, friendly people who know their trade very well. They are quick to contact us about potential delays due to the current supply constraints in the steel industry, and they are even quicker to remedy any mistakes that might be made (which are, to say the least, few and far between.) We appreciate them greatly, and they are our preferred vendor for cold-formed steel products. Others lack the customer service, integrity, and friendliness that we have found in ETAS.

Wow, after reading the reviews on here, Im so glad I did business with them before I read the reviews. I have built 4 buildings with ETAS so far and always great material and above great customer service. I have 2 more buildings coming up and plan to keep using them.

Needed new roofing for an addition I'm doing. Called, ordered, paid over the phone. They call 3 days later and I picked it up. Worked out great for us

ETAS told me that my order (which was only one piece of sheet metal 24 inches square) would be ready in a couple of days. After calling back on the third day I was told that it would be ready in a few days. UNACCEPTABLE! They said i would receive a return call that day. It did NOT happen. I called the forth day, it still wasn't ready and I was told it would be ready the following day. UNACCEPTABLE! I told the lady to cancel my order. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes. A man answered finally and said the my material had been cut but was misplaced and that I would receive another call later that day. A young lady called and said that my order would be ready by four that afternoon. I arrived to pick it up at 4: 30. It WAD NOT ready. I hD to wait another 30 minutes for them to locate some material and cut it for me. F minus rating

Flatbed drivers don’t come here for pick up! They are liars! They keep promise to load you till the end of the day because they load pickup trucks first all day long!

Spent 12 hours and didn’t get loaded. Black list! Look for a different load! Don’t waste your precious money time here drivers!

They use to be a great business. They DO offer quality steel products. However, I have sent in several design orders & placed orders, they would tell me it'd be ready within a certain time & they were to call when it's ready. I'd schedule my customer's job, I'd wait & wait for the call, the projected date would come & go, I'd call to check just to find out their 'custom design' guy went on vacation & wouldn't be back for 2 weeks.
Go to Southwest Metal in Mineola. Their prices are better. They have quality products. And have never let me down.

ETAS is an excellent metal fabrication supplier. As office manager for Christian Bros Welding, in Wills Point, we deal with ETAS on all aspects of the business and sales. Katie, Erica & many of the guys are so professional, but also the friendliest people you will ever encounter. You can call with any concern, order changes, and they will never discriminate.
