I researched as hard as possible to find a place where my Dad’s s ashes would not be accidentally misplaced through the years when I came across Eterneva. The amount of care that was given by every employee was incredible. I was given email updates and sent videos of the process to make this process even easier. I received my Dad's diamond yesterday and was speechless. It’s beautiful and I can’t believe he will be here all the time. Thank you Eterneva

I sent my heart dog's ashes to be made into a diamond. I chose a. 4-. 49c, heart cuts green diamond and had it set in a ring with filigree and two pink sapphires. The whole process was extremely cathartic and beautiful. It took about 13 months from sending to receiving. I ended up documenting my whole journey on my Facebook page and Instagram. I would 100% use this company again. Everyone was so compassionate and lovely to work with. I get compliments on my ring all the time and even other people get teary when they see it. My girl was very special and needed something equally as special as a memorial. I am so, so glad I went this route.

Losing my mom was unexpected and left me absolutely heartbroken. She was an incredible person and most importantly she was my best friend. I turned to Eterneva to honor my mom and have her ring with stories of her passed down to future generations. My goal was to keep her memory alive but I ended up with so much more. 1.5 years ago, I lost my husband/soulmate and best friend to Brain Cancer at 52.1 month prior to his passing he told me he wanted me to turn some of his ashes and my hair into a diamond after he passed; a diamond that sparkled, brought beauty, memories, light, warmth, love and a smile to my face everyday while wearing it. Unbeknownst to me, he had already researched this idea and found the best company out there, but no surprise, as that’s who he was. All I needed to do is follow through with his request.

Two years ago I lost my 15 year old daughter to natural causes. My daughter was always about sparkles and glitter. Serendipitously, she and I had watched Shark Tank years before she passed, and saw how loved ones’ ashes could be turned into diamonds. As a young teenager she told anyone that would listen that she would one day wear her mom and dad, and when the day came, she too would be a diamond. We would laugh and figured these were the extravagant musings of a teenager. When faced with tragedy, we didn’t hesitate in contacting Eterneva, and from the very first call, they honored my daughter. They called her by name, and spoke about her interests. Every communication included a picture of her. Throughout her journey to the beautiful diamond she is today, they would send me thoughtfully curated videos, so that I would know where she was and how it was going. I love that the company was born out of grief, to help others heal in their grief journey. I love that they have researched grief and honor the ones that are gone in such a respectful way. I felt that my daughter was always in hands of individuals that honored her. I would recommend Eterneva to anyone that has unfortunately joined this journey of grief and loss. My diamond was made in about a year. They save enough Carbon to make up to 4 diamonds, so I don’t have to send any more ashes when I want to make more. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They partnered with an insurance copy to insure the diamonds. They have a cool wall of pictures of loved ones. They gave me all kinds of trinkets and their jeweler designed an amazing setting for me my diamond.

We were all devistated when my mother-in-law passed away. It was during lockdown and she had contracted covid. We were unable to be with her and it hightened the anxiety of the separation. She was a wonderful person, loved and cherished by everyone she touched. She had a very special relationship with all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. My daughter suffered her loss greatly. Her sons gave her ashes to create a diamond for our daughter. The staff at Eterneva were so kind in their guidence and treated her ashes with such reverence and grace that I knew I had picked the right company to truly create an ever lasting memorial for my daughter to cherish. Thank you so much to the team at Eterneva. It was such a wonderful experience.

I don't often write reviews, and if I do, it's typically to warn the public to stay away from a place. But right now, I want to scream from the rooftops how anyone who is grieving and looking for a beautiful way to memorialize their loved one needs to work with Eterneva! Their customer service, particularly Teresa Mayo, has been indescribable. I feel like I've made a friend - or maybe found a grief therapist ;) She has spent a significant amount of time texting me, enjoying photos with me, and being so amazing - even coordinating an in-person drop off of my love one's remains with my parents who will be in the area on a quick trip. The amount of empathy and compassion is so warming.

After a week of looking into other companies, reading the scientific literature, asking a lot of questions, I decided that the cost was definitely worth moving forward with this company - I wholeheartedly trust they will take care of my loved one, giving her such much regard throughout the process.

I will update this review in a year or so from now when I get my diamond back - likely to rant and rave about how gorgeous it is.

If you are seriously considering this service, this is the company. Hands down.

My last review was unfair to Eterneva. I think I was speaking more out of emotion than anything. So I’m going to fix that now out of fairness and mostly regret for not giving them a chance to address my concern before writing the review. I want to start off saying that in every aspect of the business world there will sometimes be a small glitch or oversight because we are only human beings and we make mistakes but it takes a true business owner that honestly cares about their clients to reach out personally and to go out of their way to make sure all of your needs and concerns are addressed properly and that’s what Eterneva did and much more. So I’m going to to tell you how I really feel about Eterneva.
Words can not express how much Eterneva has changed my life. My husband passed away a year ago January and I wanted so badly to honor him and everything he had done for me during our marriage and for my kids by turning his ashes into a bright and shiny diamond because he definitely was the sparkle in our hearts! Eterneva has shown so much love and care from the time I picked up the phone to talk with someone about how to start this amazing journey and each and every step of the way since that life changing phone call when I spoke to one of the sweetest and kindest women named Shelly. So far I have received many updates on my husbands journey and even a beautiful video where I was able to see him still sparkling as he did in our lives. I felt connected with him again through that video and I couldn’t have been more grateful to feel something other than sadness and loneliness. The people at Eterneva have made me feel like family! If I were able to choose a 10 star ️ rating I would have.

I have needed to email many times to follow up on the status of the Diamond, not getting updates as frequently as I was told.it seems like turnover of employees is high and customers fall through the cracks. I will honestly be surprised if I ever actually get the Diamond.

I chose Eterneva to make two diamonds in memory of my dad, one for my mom the other for myself, they are both gorgeous, I can't say enough how much I appreciate it, having them with me finally at home brings me a lot of peace and joy and relief, it means a ton. And they look exactly like the design shared by Steve from Caleesi Designs (the default local jeweler Eterneva has partnership with), they are just so beautiful, and even much shinier than in the pictures, the crafting is also awesome. I want to thank both Nathan, Steve, Sophie and Jesse, and many others from Eterneva who have helped me in this journey, it's been so tough for me and my family to lose my dad, and you made it possible to keep him by our side in such a unique and beautiful way.

Hey my family just received an Eterneva diamond for my beautiful grandmother who passed away. Death, like Life, are things that we all will go through, but its never easy for anyone to grieve when someone close passes away. My expression when I received my grandmother's diamond was WOW. The joy that it brought back home was with meaning and a true sense of connection. My family is also in the diamond & jewelry industry for decades - and there are many companies who claim various things. But here with Eterneva, I personally felt there was a high degree of trust and transparency. Customer service was there along the whole waiting-period to share what was happening, and any questions were easily answered. Pricing was a little on the higher side, but we felt it was worth it because of the confidence and reliability. Mark Cuban is also an investor which gave our family added comfort and integrity. I watched one of my dearest friends go through the process of creating a diamond with Eterneva. The beauty of the experience will forever bring tears to my eyes. My Eterneva diamond ring of my beloved dog Chloe is one of my most treasured possessions. Working with the team at Eterneva was an absolute pleasure. I knew her remains were cared for and about from the moment they left my hands until the moment she was returned to me. My family and I used Eterneva when my dad passed away and I cannot provide enough praise for them. Their understanding of our grief and desire to give us a little piece of our dad back was truly everything. We worked with them on 4 diamonds in the process one broke but they were able to salvage 2 diamonds from it, and they still created another diamond to meet the original sizing. We also were under a bit of a deadline, as we wanted to give one of my sisters her diamond as a surprise wedding gift - Eterneva and their jewelry designer worked hard to make this happen. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough.
