Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a quick ship sofa in June and was told we should have it by first week of August. Every time I check on it the order is "delayed" and won't be ready for another 6 weeks. Store won't let me cancel order because it is "already in production". I should have been told when placing the order that there was NO WAY it would be ready in time frame given so I could have purchased a sofa elsewhere.

After completing a major renovation to our home, it was time to think about new furniture. We decided to begin our search close to home. After meeting and working with one of their designers, Adriana, we never even looked elsewhere! We have several competing components that make our room a real "hairball" around which to design. With Adriana and manager, Tim's guidance, we were able to arrive at a very comfortable, yet timeless, solution. Which is exactly what we had hoped to achieve in the space! We are truly grateful for their expertise and patience with us us worked through the process. (Helping my husband and I come to a mutually agreeable solution is not always an easy undertaking!) Because of the quarantine measures, we were uncertain about even shopping in person. Despite abiding by all the precautionary measures, the store was super accomodating and very welcoming! I would highly recommend checking out this store for all of your furniture needs!

Wonderful staff. I worked with Patti, a designer, who turned my dinning room to an elegant beautiful area. She made many trips to my home and never me feel uncomfortable. She was quick to respond to my messages And very professional. She certainly took care of all my requests (despite the store and supplier closures during COVID),
Ethan Allen really takes good care of their customers And ensures they are satisfied from beginning to end.

I ordered a dresser on April 5th to be delivered to my niece in Houston area. I have been trying to get a delivery date. Someone called me so I gave them her number. They left her a message and since then she has tried twice but no one will return her call. My credit card was already charged April 6th. I thought Ethan Allen was a reputable furniture store. I even talked with some man from client services on Friday and he promised she would have a delivery person contact her Monday. That didn’t happen. I will never suggest or do business here again.

Duncan was amazing! She new exactly what we needed to decorate our new home. We are thrilled with all 3 rooms!

We recently purchased furniture with the assistance of Margot Mitchell. Margot looked at my inspiration photo and told me to give her two weeks to pull ideas together. Two weeks later she called me into the Post Oak store and walked me through the store. When I left, I had no more worries and no more shopping to do! That is my idea of stress free remodeling! I am so grateful for Margot’s professionalism and fabulous design sense. My husband and I are thrilled with the finished look in every room Margot touched.

We went to Ethan Allen several years ago to design our home overseas. Upon our return to the US, we purchased a new home and went again to Ethan Allen for new inspiration and we were not disappointed! We have worked with Duncan and Tim now for several months to furnish this new home. Duncan and Tim were able to understand our vision for the new home while incorporating our favorite pieces from our previous home. We are so excited and pleased with our bespoke design! The perfect furniture pieces, fabulous fabrics and beautiful accessories have all come together to create a home we love! And we were able to accomplish our vision within a budget. Duncan and Tim are so creative but also very mindful of our practical needs. It has been a marvelous experience!

Great selection of quality furniture with many choices of custom fabric. I've been buying furniture from them for decades. I loved my sectional so much I had it recovered rather than risk buying a new one that was not as comfortable. Just had excellent assistance in selecting a pair of upholstered swivel chairs for my living room with custom fabric. Expect to pay a little more than you might find elsewhere, but the quality and longevity is there. Remember to take swatches of fabric and or carpet you wish to match. Or better yet, they will come to your house for design assistance, but obviously would not have all the samples they have in store. Love Ethan Allen.

Had to do some furniture shopping to replace living and master bedroom from Hurricane Harvey. Crystal, our consultant was extremely helpful and we were very pleased. Can't wait for our new stuff to come in.
