This is my second year with you guys and I love your service! It feels very honest and accesible to achieve having a healthy running HVAC unit. Today's inspection was performed by Jesus Estrella, very profesional, on time, very approachable and knowledgeable. He even took the time to educate me about how my unit works, the current status of it and the things to look for in the future. I'm incredibly satisfied with this visit.
ETR has always been friendly and informative with any questions we have had while they performed their maintenance duties that were on the contract. Would recommend them to anyone.
Jason came out and diagnosed the problem efficiently and corrected it and quadruple checked the system to make sure it was turning on and off. Also we only paid the $99 diagnostic fee and there were no “hidden” expenses. Would use them for repair again. May look into their program that covers emergency visits as well.

Prompt response from ETR heating and air. Technician Oscar M called prior to his visit and took the time to diagnose the issue. He was professional and friendly. Didn’t try to sell me a new unit and gave options for service savings. Paid a fair price for the work completed. We will use them again.
Have had the contract with ETR since 2019. Twice a year heat AC checks with double wide filter changing and discount for any needed work. They are great! Reliable, easy to schedule, always on time, etc etc. New wireless thermostat just installed at great price.
Great customer service. I will only call this place to service my unit. I have the best service experience.
Austin called to let me know that he was running early and was it ok for him to come over now. He checked all the parts of the heater and cleaned what was necessary. He has always been friendly and good for doing this work.
