Eugene McDermott Library reviews
6The excessive gates at the door is RIDICULOUS. This stupidity is where our tuition money goes?
I would had given it a 5 stars if I wasn't wasting my time scanning my ID. Other than that it is one of my favorite spot.
It's pretty good, unfortunately i didn't know this place was only accessible to students. Which I only realized after asking the staff.
The UTD Libraries pledge to promote a collaborative and congenial learning environment as active partners with the faculty and administration in realizing the University’s mission.equipped with the latest technology, the Libraries will manage and maintain access to the greatest number of resources relevant to the University’s teaching and research mission regardless of format. Constant effort and innovation will make access as efficient as possible, and the staff will instruct patrons enabling them to evaluate and extract maximum value. The Libraries will preserve and manage important and unique materials for present and future scholarship.
The library is the only place on campus that I can fully focus on my work. I think it’s crazy that it’s only open til 10 pm, and not only that they KICK the students out when it closes. I would greatly appreciate it if you extended the hours til at least 2 am or to open 24 hours. Closing a university library is extremely disrespectful to students.
The best place, I have ever seen. Thanks to The University of Texas at Dallas.
