Eunice Braiding, Duncanville TX

Braids where sliding off and falling off only hair the braids for 3 weeks and they look a mess when i took them down my edges where coming off i am so upset

I was in the bathroom and saw a roach crawl across the floor while i was attempting to use the restroom so i just held it and walked out back to my seat to wait for my stylist who was LATE! 2 hours late at that! Which so happens to be the owner! And as im waiting for my LATE stylist i see a mouse run past and the other lady doing hair in the shop saw it too and tried to just act like she didnt see it! Another hour go past and my UNPROFESSIONAL stylist calls me to further say she can't do my hair because she was in an accident when I HEARD A TV IN THE BACK AND PEOPLE IN THE BACK LAUGHING! This shop is nasty and dirty I would not recommend this shop to anyone! The health department needs to shut them down! And on top of having a ragedy shop they're UNPROFESSIONAL!

I called to set appointment and the Lady answered the phone like she was sleep and was rude the whole conversation no ma’am very unprofessional I will not never be a client

This place is magical! Their hands are blessed they braid quick! Eunice the owner is such a beautiful soul she is a perfectionist as well as her staff! They engage in good clean conversations, make sure that your experience there is well worth it! This was my third visit and everytime my hair is flawless and her prices are unbeatable! My daughter set an appointment yesterday for today at 3: 00. These people DID NOT touch her hair until 6: 00, only to do a few braids and see how red and irritated from the grip the lady had on her hair. As a result the 5 braids were removed and 3 hours waisted. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! THEY WAIST YOUR TIME, TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND PULL YOUR HAIR OUT, RUN!

Made my appointment for 2: 30 on a Friday even left work early to make sure I’m on time. I arrived on time and was told she was still busy to come back at 5: 30. She texted me to tell me to come back at 4: 30 and when I made it back the second time. I was told the lady that’s supposed to start on my hair haven’t made it yet and she will be here in 10-15 mins. Well she didn’t make it until 5: 40. So I spent my time driving back and forth only to be left with my hair exactly how I arrived. This is a very unorganized business and wouldn’t recommend no one going there AT ALL!

Well it's been 2wks and my braid are falling out and the back of my head is frizzy. My braids started falling out before it was even up a week. Seems like they take their time around you edges and then do whatever to the middle and back. IDK maybe because my hair is very short.not sure if I will be going back I paid 200 and it's already look bad.

I have enjoyed braids for more more than 20 years so when i moved to Dallas a friend recommended Eunice Professional braiding. I booked my appointment over the phone with Ms. Eunice. She sounded very professional and her pricing was very affordable. Knowing that my drive time was an hour away, she went an extra mile to accommodate me at 8: 00 a.m on a Saturday and got the right supplies for my hair. After a few hours, i jumped out of my seat to appreciate the skills and talent of Ms. Eunice. I started receiving compliments from other clients in the shop, at home and in the workplace. If you really want authentic African braiding with professional touch, you'll never be disappointed with Ms. Eunice!
