Had an awesome time here yesterday. As someone who is self employed, I was hesitant to go to a doctor not knowing how it would work without insurance. After finding Euphora online and taking a look at their website, within a day I was at the clinic. Everyone was super friendly, took the time to answer all my questions. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where people genuinely care about you.

Expensive for mostly a chat function and car visits. Claims of 24/7 access are straight up false. Good luck getting an answer after 4pm.

Edited to respond to reply: Firstly, I agree that texting with the Dr is a benefit. Unfortunately, texts after 4PM (or 3PM on Fridays) or at any point during the weekend were at best answered next day. I understand it is a small clinic, but don't advertise 24/7 coverage and then leave parents with a sick toddler on a Saturday afternoon waiting for your reply. We could have gone to an urgent clinic instead. The ability to send a message 24/7 to have it answered hours or days later is not "24/7 care"

Secondly, car visits are sometimes necessary and can be appropriate. However, in 18 months of paid service, I was not allowed once into the building, nor was my daughter. That's neither appropriate, nor justified.

If, having read my review, someone still thinks Euphora is the right service at the right price for them, by all means, go for it. It definitely was not for me or my family.

This is the only primary care practice I will use: immediate responses, same day appointments, and an actual relationship with my physician. I wish I'd found Dr. Larson sooner.

Such impressive service. They are so responsive and collaborative. A refreshing change form the fast food style primary care doctors I had in the past. I high recommend them.

This is some of the best medical and affordable care out there. Since college, I have alway thrown together a collection of health care from discounted dental plans to 3 n 1 vision plan, and free clinic

I discover Euphora through an old job. Boy was this a game changer. They are upfront about all cost BEFORE the procedures. Their MA' Jessie and Mariam carefully talked through all your issue and are always available. I MEAN ALWAYS! They don't bring you in for unnecessary visits just to charge visitation fee. They trust that you know your own body, so it so easy to be honest (even about the embarrassing stuff). They ask what type of medical care I was comfortable with. For instance I HATE medicine, so we tried as many natural method to reset my body chemistry. Some worked and some didn't. For those that didn't they started me on low doses of what ever I needed to work congruently. They listened to me! Dr. Larson bedside manner is impecable. As a black woman I'm always hesitant with any healthcare. Dr. Larson's office put me at ease! I'm so happy I found Euphora!

I have so many good things to say about Euphora Health, Dr. Larson, and the whole team! I have never had direct primary care before but now I don't know how I ever lived without it. Being able to message or call when having a health issue and know that you will have a fast and thorough response is such a relief. Imagine not paying an office visit co-pay just to ask a couple questions or to be seen. Furthermore, Dr. Larson and his team are incredible! They are patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I ask a lot of questions, and they have never once made me feel anything but fully cared for, unlike many Dr's who seem to not have the time of day to care for their patients thoroughly. If you're looking for a sign to join Euphora as a patient, this is your sign! I promise you won't regret it.

It was such a positive experience working with Dr Larson and his admin team. Finding a PCP who is willing to take the time and work with you is a grueling experience in Austin and Euphora Health is the way to go.

Dr Larson and his team are great! This is better service and communication than I’ve ever experienced with any other doctor. I’d highly recommend if your an active individual who takes their health seriously. They’ve helped from times being sick, to diagnosing pains caused from sports injuries.

I cannot say enough good things about Euphora health. Dr. Larson and the team are simply incredible.

I have worked jobs that don't provide health insurance for the last two years. This was my saving grace since I don't have health insurance. I've had an ultrasound done, mole removal, labs, bloodwork, and a host of other routine check ins that would've cost an arm and a leg through co-pays. I pay for everything pretty much at-cost. I can't imagine having a health experience any other way.

For someone who worries a lot about small things like myself, having near on-demand access to Dr. Larson and the team to answer my questions is incredible.instead of spending time agonizing over things and googling them myself, I get my questions answered almost immediately in a calm manner which sets me at ease.

When I've needed to schedule an appointment I've always been able to get in within 1-3 days. When I was going to a physician through insurance it would take weeks to get in. I've waited maybe 10 minutes maximum prior to my appointments. Then when it's time to meet with the doc, you get all the time you need to answer questions. No rush, no pushing you out the door. He always asks if there is anything else you would like to talk about.

This review is already pretty long and I could write even more. If you want a team that truly cares about your health, won't jump to conclusions and takes time to analyze before making decisions, and gives you their full attention, you absolutely need to join Euphora health.

Membership medicine makes sure you actually go to the doctor instead of putting it off, so you don’t go “You mean I could have fixed that? ” after a year of symptoms. Also, telemedicine—primary care with the same doctor, not just telemedicine urgent care like you get with a Teladoc/MDLIVE kind of service—has been essential during the pandemic, but also just marvelous for casual chronic condition management (without having to take off work and fight traffic to ask a question), and for medication checks. Being able to text, effectively “Did that work? How about now? How about this other one? ” is an underrated medical practice feature. Also, Dr. Calderon is just excellent <3 + Many thanks to the front desk staff who have hunted down many records many times! Joined for the lockdown, stayed for the communication: D

At 3pm on a Saturday I needed a doctor. I recognized the early signs of a kidney stone. I reached out to the office via their app and Dr. Larson responded immediately. I was in a massive amount of pain. He called in a prescription for me and it was exactly what I needed. The last time I had this happen I had to go to the ER and it cost me a lot of money and I had insurance. I can't thank Dr. Larson enough for being there when I needed him and helping me avoid a trip to the hospital.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I spent quite some time looking for a Doctor's Office following an injury I had when I came across Euphora Health, and it was an experience like no other I've had. A quickly finished onboarding process, a few messages to the doctor on an easy-to-use app, and a telehealth visit later, I was able to get the care that I needed. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Larson and his team are really the best. They are caring, kind, and it’s just the easiest doctor experience I’ve ever had.

The whole operation is more seamless and efficient than going to the traditional office. Not really sure why anyone else would do this differently.

I can text the when I need to, all prescriptions/lab results are handled through the app, I’ve never had a wait time, it’s shockingly affordable/I never have to hold my breath at getting something done or checked out. They’ve always been considerate about my uneasiness with needles. They’re always happy and never impatient-I could go on forever.

On top of that…he has some really great dad jokes. Can’t beat that.

Absolutely love this facility! Dr. Larson and his team are always there for me and always willing to listen and take the time, it doesn’t matter how insignificant the question may seem they take the time to make sure I understand and always make me feel important and cared for! I also love how I can always text them whenever I need and they ALWAYS respond! I highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Larson is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have been seen by he and his wife for myself and my 1.5 yr old daughter. They spend AMPLE time with me discussing options and educating me as a new mom. Aside from that they are readily available via chat on their app called Spruce (even on the weekends when necessary!) I HIGHLY recommended their practice.

Quality affordable care. Dr. Larson is excellent, takes the time to understand what is happening with each patient, and believes you when you tell about your experience, rather than making assumptions. He explores cost-effective solutions, which has been really important lately. This is a way to have timely access to care for everyday illnesses and injuries, if you don't have health insurance. It's been huge for my peace of mind over the last pandemic year to know that I have a doctor who is ready to help if anything happens.

I was a patient at Euphora Health during a period when I was without insurance. It was phenomenal care and an affordable alternative to the traditional payer system.

Lucero (medical assistant), Gloria (PA), Martha (medical assistant), and Raquel (medical staff), would reply kindly, promptly, and thoroughly to my inquiries via the Spruce App in regards to scheduling appointments, coordinating specialist care, and checking in with Dr. Larson about test results or other needs.

Dr. Larson not only provided attentive and thoughtful care, he also helped me source inexpensive blood tests and imaging services knowing that I did not have insurance (the imaging services were at my request - he did not push unnecessary tests). Dr. Larson was also sure to share test results and his interpretation of results with me as soon as he received them via the patient portal. He made comprehensive and considerate recommendations for my care and always engaged in shared decision-making.

This was one of the best medical care experiences of my life and I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Dr. Larson is great! I've been with him for about 5 years now. If you're looking for high-quality care, this is the place! I've had medical insurance before and frankly the system seems broken, and the care is agonizing, with the long wait times, and then having a doctor just ask the same questions, like they are checking off their list.

Dr. Larson has always been easily available. Getting appointments usually happens in a day or two. He's also available via a message platform, and once when I was really sick even texting on a weekend!

I appreciate the extra safety measures the team took once the pandemic hit. They are always considerate and helpful in finding low cost alternatives.

This level of care is rare and I'm so glad he's here in Austin. They've opened an office in Cedar Park too now. If you're considering joining, do! It will be the best money you can invest in your health.
