Euro Automotive has been my automotive maintenance shop for several years now and I can't express enough how reassuring it is to have someone I can trust with my car. As a woman, I appreciate the respect and courtesy they extend, always taking the time to explain the necessary repairs clearly and ensuring I understood every aspect of the work being done on my car. Their exceptional service, honesty and respect has provided me with a peace of mind.

I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking an automotive shop who prioritizes honesty, reliability and long-term relationships. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I will continue to entrust my car to them. Thank you, Peter, Ricky and Dallas at Euro Automotive for providing exceptional service that gives me the peace of mind I need when it comes to my vehicle.

Great service!
They were very clear about what was wrong with my car and the cost of fixing it. Definitely recommend to anyone with a European Car!

Peter and his team are absolutely the best. His customer service was outstanding. He explained everything throughly and talked me through the price. I truly felt I was in the best hands. The final work turned out perfect. My Mercedes is once again performing beautifully.

When my son had a minor incident with his Audi, I knew exactly who to call. Again, Euro Automotive came through for us.

Before I found Euro Automotive, I went through 2 german service shops that could never complete an oil change for my Porsche. Euro Automotive heard my concern and we did have some hiccups but they owned the mistake which to their credit is what other shops struggled with. After market parts vs Porsche parts. I now trust them very much. They provide me with a maintenance priority list of items to address. The owner is honest and holds himself and his crew to a higher standard with their work and customer service. I expect to be a long term customer.

I had my 2010 BMW 535i checked and worked upon here a few months ago.except Zach at the front desk, everyone else is out to scam you.will give you a half done car then tell you it's working fine. I had mine sit at the shop for over 3 months only to find out that they put in remanufactured older index injectors (not part of the original problem list) without my knowledge and then stated I had to pay (earlier stand was that it was all "on the house"). I blew through $6k+ on regular maintenance items which would have been done at a better quality and lower price than here. I would not recommend for anything more than an oil change.

I brought my vehicle in for a 6 hr repair job (oil separator replacement). I was told it would be ready in 2 to 3 days at most. They had my car for over a week with no updates. I arrived to find my car in the dollar general parking lot and no work had been performed. I went in the lobby of the shop and simply asked the secretary for my keys so that I can have the car taken to another repair facility. The owner came into the lobby and tossed them on the counter. I asked him why he would toss keys at me? The situation was totally unnecessary. He said that he was behind more than a week and was upset with me because I wanted to take my vehicle …Peter is rude and disrespectful. The customer service is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Great experience, very friendly. They even gave me a loaner. Only negative will be the loaner was not in that great shape and had expired tags, but it did the job for a week I didn't have my car. I was pleased with the job and they washed my car to make it look new. Thank you again.

Always a great experience with pros we have trusted for many years! This was a Service B on our 2016 MB C300 but an oil leak was also found and fixed.

They do good work and can diagnose complex problems and take their time to do it right. Reasonable prices and rates.

Not recommended for PPIs. Last year, I had Euro Automotive perform a pre-purchase inspection of a 2007 Porsche Cayman that was located at a dealer in the DFW area. As I was purchasing from another state, I wanted to pick a shop that had a good reputation and thorough knowledge of Porsches to perform the PPI, as I'd be making my decision to buy (or not buy) the car based on that shop's findings.

I chose Euro Automotive for the reasons above, or at least so I thought. The pros - Zach was friendly and helpful. Euro Automotive did a great job communicating with the dealership I was working with, as well as being accommodating to fit me into the schedule. Their turnaround time was quick. I received photos of the car and updates as the PPI was being done. Professional office and communication experience.

This is where the positives end. The car came back with a relatively clean inspection, save for a few issues: minor paint issues, driver's side engine valve cover seal had a minor leak, and the rear main seal had a light leak as well. The brakes were noted as needing to be replaced at some point soon, and the tires were also noted as being different brands. Knowing these issues, I ended up purchasing the car from the dealer.

That would have been helpful if it was accurate, but here's what they missed: the left rear strut was completely blown out, tires were date coded from 2013 (obviously implying they needed immediate replacement), headliner was sagging, driver's side seatbelt retraction mechanism did not work properly, low horn tone was not functional, driver's side interior door handle was loose and triggered window auto up/down feature occasionally, dent in left rear quarter panel, passenger window regulator had failed completely, ignition coil packs were cracked, roof rail/trim molding was glued in and not flush with the sheet metal, the gas cap seal was worn, and the passenger side front inner tie rod was worn and needed immediate replacement.

The most frustrating part is that I noted most of this myself within 10 minutes of picking up the car (after the paperwork had been signed from half the country away), and the remainder was found by my local Porsche dealer when I took it in for an oil change a few weeks later. It took about 45 minutes for the dealer to find all of these things. It took Euro Automotive half a day to miss them. I can understand certain items being missed - the gas cap seal, for example. This was a less invasive PPI that did not include a compression or leak down test, bore scoping, etc. But a dent in the quarter panel? Passenger window regulators failing? Rear struts being blown out? 10 year old tires? It is unacceptable to miss these things. These are the most basic of inspection items, and the shop completely failed to identify them as issues with the car.

Furthermore, I called the shop a few weeks after picking up the car to humbly ask for a refund or partial refund. While cordial and professional, they only offered a discount on servicing some of the issues they found as listed above. I was promised a further call back within a couple days and did not get one after that.

I am certain that I caught the shop on a bad day. But reflecting on the inspection that was done last March, I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone, at least not to have a pre-purchase inspection done.

The owner, Peter Gaal, was communicative with details that a layperson could understand, very conscientious in getting the work that was needed done quickly but made sure it was done right and redid the alignment and steering when he thought it was not done just right. Price was fair and I was given detailed invoice. They will be my go to shop going forward for my Range Rover.
