This is the way to get waxed! Friendly knowledgeable staff, expert technicians, fabulous products. Heather is the technician who gives me my monthly Brazilian and it's quick and nearly painless. Do yourself a favor and switch to these guys!

. If you're wondering who to go to for your first wax. I highly recommend Nikki! Professional, quick and effortless! She makes for the best experience. I can speak on her full face and Brazilian. No bumps! She even helped get rid of the ingrown hairs and dark spots caused by improper waxing from the girl I used to go to. So glad I decided to switch to Nikki.she will get you right!

Went today to get a bikini/back strip wax. Upon arriving, I let my technician know exactly what I wanted (clean everything up but leave a large triangle of hair) and she proceeded with the service. About half way through, I noticed she had started waxing the one area I asked her to leave. When I brought it to her attention, she apologized, but wasn’t very regretful. She was going to leave me half waxed until I asked her to just finish it since I didn’t want to leave with it completely uneven/ patchy. More infuriating is I was expected to pay for something that I did not ask for. This isn’t my first negative experience, but by far my worst. My body image is lower than ever because my technician wasn’t paying attention and was far more engaged in the small talk. Please DO NOT go here. It’s really not worth the stress/ discomfort you may experience.

Have been going here for a while. I have had seriously amazing experiences with all of the staff EXCEPT Brandy. So many people rave about Brandy and so I decided to try her. Regretted it. She is too quick, rough and doesn’t seem to care about the quality of what she’s doing. I have been getting Brazilians for 5 years. I have never had a rash/reaction. Until Brandy. See somebody else. In my opinion Idalis is the best. Super sweet, quick but caring.

Friendly staff, clean, professional atmosphere. 3 stars instead of 4 because it is always so cold in waiting area.

I absolutely love the service here! Heather has done an amazing job the three times I've been. She has a great sense of humor and makes an uncomfortable situation enjoyable. My skin always feels great afterward and I love their products too!

I'm not gonna lie and say it didn't hurt at all, but the pain goes away very fast and they are so good at what they do that it doesn't take forever! I'm so returning and will continue till I'm too old! Thanks Natalie for the best experience!

I’ve been there twice and I went today and I literally left in tears. My eyebrows are so awful and so uneven and have no shape and she made them so much thinner than I asked for. I have to go to school and waitress with my eyebrows like this and I’m so upset I don’t even want to leave the house. I won’t be going back.

This place is lovely. The staff makes you feel special. If this is your first wax this is the place to be.

My first time to go there today. The first wax is free. The staff was very professional. The building is very clean. I booked another waxing session before I left. Highly recommend. I will never go back to a nail salon to have a waxing done.

Amazing friendly staff. I recommend Stephanie. I am not sure if I am spelling her name right. She was the least painful ever and actually got every single hair. On multiple occasions.

I have always had a positive experience here. The rooms are always clean. The staff have always been friendly. They offer wax passes that save you money which is worth it if you plan on going regularly!

Friendly staff, nice and clean office, brazilian wax job was not the greatest since later that day I noticed there was several areas she missed.
