Oh my gooooddddnnnneeeessss yall! I wish there was a place where we could leave 1000 star review! This was my first time at this facility. I had a previous negative experience with a different wax facility so i was a little hesitant to do the same type of service. But i had ERICA today! And that girl is blessed in her industry! She made this process so comfortable for me and it was not as painful as i had previously experienced. I really am thankful for such great service and talented individual that took care of me! I give ERICA the 1000 stars for this review! Keep up the amazing work!

I love Crystal. She is the best! She is quick and gets the job done. She always checks to see if you need to add on any other services. She also is sure to inform you of the products that would be beneficial to you. & She definitely remembers her clients which is a plus!

If you’re thinking about getting a brazilian (or any kind of wax) … get it! And especially here! The receptionist was super polite and welcoming. The place is very clean and organized. I’d recommend Ali for your wax because she was super down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable! And it goes by so quick! So so worth it! And the pain isn’t unbearable. Make sure to be there at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment as well because they are very punctual on time! If you plan to go, good luck! You got this!:)

Fast and easy, Ally was awesome and so friendly. The greeters were super nice as soon as I walked in.

Great service and really friendly waxers. Very clean facility and everyone is on point with Covid protocol. I feel safe having my waxing services here.

I've been going to this location for about a year. Sadly, I had to move and I wish I could take Maddee with me! She is the best. She's real with you and she does fantastic at her job without missing a beat. Or hair. Go see her and leave feeling like you really treated yourself!

First and foremost, as a first timer, i will be going back for sure.
Booking was easy.
The place was clean. The receptionist was amazing and friendly.
Spencer is such a professional. She was friendly and she guided me. She set the right expectations. When it will hurt and when it may hurt a little. She advised me what to do and what not to do. It was just an ease. Thank you so much.

Brittany was awesome! She was calm and took away all my trepidation. They were all very accommodating.

It was my first time getting waxed and my waxer was so great she made me feel comfortable explained everything helped me breath through it and made it a great experience

I’ve never been to any European wax and never again will I go. I spend $70 for not even a half job done right. Who spends that kind of money and still has to go home and shave? I’m 8 months pregnant and the whole purpose is to be ready for delivery and not have to worry about it and I will never go to that place again. Horrible experience!

I think they have adjusted really well to coping with COVID-19. They have only one person in the lobby at one time. Masks are enforced. Hand sanitizer is provided. Clean and dirty pens are labeled as used. Everything is more sanitized than before COVID-19. The waxing professionals do a really good job and are wearing masks correctly all day and when they are with you.

My experience was very horrible. I have been to this location a couple of days ago and I knew from my experience that I would regret it. I was left with an infection a few days later and also experienced a boil that I have never had from waxing. The tech was HORRIBLE! She waxed me in a different direction that I usually get wax from. I was bleeding from 4 different places. I will NEVER go back and I do not recommend this location either.

This place is better than the majority of wax center however the last time I went there the lady that was taking care of me was in a rush because I was her last client before her shift was over and remove too much of my eyebrows, just make sure to be very clear in what you want to be done
