Isabel is AWAIIIIZZZZZIIIIIINNNNNGGGGGG. She was literally super friendly. Super cool gal. Made getting a Brazilian a very enjoyable experience. 10/10 Recommend her.

I LOVE DeAndrea! It was my first wax ever, we had the greatest conversations, she made me feel super comfortable and she truly has angel hands, she’s not rough at all and she talked me through every portion of the wax. Like how painful each part of the wax would be. For me, the wax was nearly painless, just slight sting, but it’s literally just for a SECOND. She’s such a beautiful spirit and this is not the last time she’s going to see me that’s for certain? I even bought some of their vaginal care products just because I enjoyed the visit so much ️. 10/10 for me.

Plus the receptionist was so helpful and SO SWEET as well, she was very friendly and refreshing?

My brazilian wax was poorly done with long hairs still remaining in places I couldn’t see before leaving. My appt was on New Years Eve and they were closed for the holiday on Sunday. I was told on Tuesday via phone that theres a 5 day policy which started on Monday and I had until Friday to come in for a clean up. I get there today and was told it’s still considered the 6th day and the holiday still counts as day 1 even tho they were closed for the holiday. The holiday only counts if they’re closed on the 5th day. I was asked if I wanted to pay for a full service again! I called the call center back and explained my issue because I went there with the expectation of getting my service done correctly. The rep I spoke put me on hold to confirm then stated it should have been honored and they will email the manager to reach out and reschedule. However, the manager “Taina” is who I got the info from. The call center contacted her while I waited and after speaking with her the rep said Taina is correct and they didn’t know the policy basically. The policy doesn’t make sense and I will be spending my money else where from here on out. This was disappointing and bad for business with all the money spent yearly with this establishment. Never again!

Out of all my visits at this location, this was my best and most favorite experience thus far! DeAndrea was AMAZING! She was warm, had a great personality, and was skilled at what she does. She gets 10/10!

I have been going to this location for about 6 months now. I haven’t had a bad experience and don’t think I ever will. Stephanie is my girl that waxes me and she is hands down the best I’ve had. Even compared to other states I have lived in. She takes her time to understand what you want, will ensure you are happy and will correct anything that is needed. She’s also so kind of loving. Her care for people really shows.

I would suggest anyone to try this place out! Good prices and very kind people. Front desk is always nice and I love being able to text them.

It had been 3 years since I last had a wax here. I was nervous coming to my appointment but Rhonda was phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable and explained the whole process to me including after care. I will definitely come back and pick Rhonda as my esthetician. Thank you Rhonda for making my session comfortable.

Went in for a session as a first-time guest. The facility is clean. Everyone wore masks. They thoroughly explained their pricing and policies. A good friend of mine recommended I ask for Deanndra. She is AMAZING! She is super friendly and accommodating. She made me feel extremely comfortable as I got my first brazilian wax. I ended up purchasing some products as well. Oh! And as a first-time guest with a valid id, I received half off my first session! I am definitely going back and requesting Deanndra!

The front desk ladies were very friendly and informative. I let them know it was my first time at this location and it has been a while. They let me know about their process and procedure thoroughly and was able to book me right away. I am a creature of habit so going to someone new had me very nervous but Mrs DeAndrea was absolutely amazing! She talked to me throughout the service which I preferred to ease my nerves. It was quick, painless and she made me feel beyond comfortable during the process and you can tell she knew what she was doing!

I have been getting waxed for years. When I moved to Texas I was happy see the location so close. I asked for an experienced esthetician because my hair is stubborn. I went few times with each experience getting worst. Very nice ladies but I left with hair still on my body every time. I didn’t go back after I realized a hunk of wax was left on my bottom. My hubby had to help me get it off.

Ive been coming here for awhile and every time I come its always a good experience. This time I was with a lady named Sadie's for my Brazilian wax. She was great and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to all staff for been so sweet.

This location is by far the best in the area, especially compared to the Copperfield location! I will never go back there, I don't mind driving the extra 5 miles to get waxed.

The manager at this location at times has been unprofessional to staff. *awkward* It seems hella unnecessary to talk rudely to your reception staff, & in front of customers! Thankfully the girls and wax specialists have always been kind, respectful, and real.

Overall a positive vibe and experience! My specialist is the real MVP and thankfully I don't have to interact much with the manager when she's around.

The wax technician ripped my skin during a Brazilian wax service. I've been attempting to work with them to resolve this matter privately. I've sent detailed emails to both Christina Koenigs and Cersise Thomas regarding the matter. This company is refusing to accept responsibility for painful and horrific incident. I would strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere. I wish I could give a less than 1 star rating. Please do your research on European Wax Center before you have a similar experience. They refuse to provide the information for the general liability insurance. I also asked to have the remaining funds available for services refunded as I will never in my life visit European Wax Center for any type of service. They are not willing to refund. Just totally shocking!

First time coming to this location and Angela did such an amazing job, I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable, it was painless. Will definitely book with her again!
