I was only a couple of minutes late to my appointment and I was not able to receive to Brazilian wax. I will definitely not recommend anyone to come here. They have a terrible policy.

Let me tell y'all Amber is EVERYTHING! She does her job to perfection, she's personable. Doesn't feel weird like some strange woman all in my goods, I NEVER have to go back and have things finished or cleaned up she does it right the first time!

Can’t recommend Amber enough! Very efficient and detailed oriented, she makes sure you’re well taken care of. The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful!

Staff is always friendly and professional. Appointments are very fast and rooms are always clean. Can cancel appointments same day and they are good about sending reminders and notifying you of any changes.

I absolutely love going here. The whole store is nice and tidy, they provide feminen wipes and feminen products in their restroom for all clients. My main favorite thing is the employee who attends me. Jasmine is a very patient individual who listens to me talk and has taken care of my personal hygiene. The advice she has provided has proven to be effective and has worked miracles for me. I recommend coming here. The pricing is a bit much but with the pass it helps save $100+!

I have a package for Brazilian waxes here that lasts me the year. I bought it during one of their promos. Highly recommend them. Their wax is good as is their service - I go to a different wax specialist every time and have never had a bad experience. Also, I like that they don’t try to up sell you on products or services. I am in and out for my wax service in 15-20 mins.

I was told that I need an ID to get a wax…I’ve been to different wax companies never needed an ID. I have friends that go to different locations & they all said that they were never asked about an ID! I will never visit this location again! Katy fwy took me with no hesitation!

I originally had a very bad experience here, but they called me and set me up with someone who was great and gave me the services for free to make up for my bad experience. Morgan did a beautiful job on my brows.

I was highly satisfied with my European Wax Center experience mostly due to my my specialist, Gladys. Everyone there were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean as well. Gladys made sure I was very comfortable and it was honestly the best waxing experience I've ever had. I was very relaxed and it was also somehow my least painful waxing experience as well. I'm now convinced to purchase a waxing plan and I will be booking with Gladys every time as much as I can.

I usually don’t take the time to do reviews but I had to! (Virginia) was the person I had my appointment with. She was absolutely amazing. She was so professional and kind. She kept assuring if I was okay and made sure to keep checking up on me! Not only that but the final result was SO good. This was worth the 45 min drive and I will keep booking with her.
I would definitely recommend her! Virginia was the absolute best 10/10!

Nice and clean. Virginia did my Brazilian after I hadn’t had it done in while (?) she was gentle and kind! Didn’t judge my little mini Forest I had going on. She was quick but efficient! Made me feel very comfortable! This location is about 30 minutes away from me but I’ll return just to have her do my service again!

First time leg and underarm waxing. Love It! I am hooked! My technician was Rachael, Great personality and made the experience fun and enjoyable. This will definitely be part of my skin and body maintenance.

Veronica is so excellent at what she does. Her work is beyond perfect. I’m at a lost for words! She is definitely a permanent fixture in my life when it comes to waxing! At any stage of your waxing experience you should definitely book with her.

Hannah is the best. Service is always friendly, fast. Been going to this center for about 8-6months now and I love going there. Hannah’s been doing my service since I started. I know I love going here sometimes it’s good to do a self care on urself.
