Valeria is the BEST! She’s professional, quick, and makes good conversation to keep you calm. Highly recommend using her as your waxer.

Terrible after my first day back from a while. I come in and check in or I thought, they had me sitting there for about 25 minutes because the thing is THEY CHECKED ME OUT NOT IN. My appointment was at 2 and they helped me at almost 2: 30. I understand we make mistakes but the fact they didn’t notice me sitting there for almost thirty minutes and thought that was okay and didn’t say anything or wonder why I wasn’t getting called is annoying. My waxing lady was nice and all but nobody even apologized for their mistakes. I made an appointment for a reason.

Clarissa was fantastic. She was quick and thorough. I hadn’t been in awhile and I had very little discomfort which I was surprised.

Jade was amazing it was my first wax and she talked me through out made it as comfortable an experience as it could be, however there are still SEVERAL hairs left behind

Lori IS-MY-GO-TO for eyebrow waxing. I am very selective when it comes to who I allow to wax my eyebrows, and I went nearly 6 months before I had them waxed again due to my previous experience at another company in which I was not satisfied. I searched and prayed, and I heard about Lori through a review. After my FIRST visit with Lori, I KNEW she was the one. And I’ve been rocking with “the eyebrow lady” since. If you haven’t yet, I recommend you check her out.

I had a great experience at the European Wax Center in Garland, TX. My Wax Specialist was Jade and she was friendly and worked efficiently. I am very satisfied with the results of my Brazilian wax and hope to return to have Jade as my Specialist again.

I don’t take care of my maintenance often enough. Jocelyn was extremely skilled in making sure my hair removal was as painless as possible. She was quick and thorough. I will return and request her in the future!

Jocelyn is the best. She did a fantastic job after I had been out of pocket for awhile and needed a brow reset. I will be back on track with going forward!

Katy was awesome. I had my first ever waxing experience and she handled my anxiety like a pro. I got my arms and a Brazilian, and my first time was very inexpensive even with the purchase of oil she recommended (which I also highly recommend because oh my goodness it feels amazing). I first met Grace at an event held by The Joint last weekend and she reassured me my first time wouldn’t be as bad as most people think. She was right!

Jocelyn was kind making sure I was comfortable love how professional she is I recommend Jocelyn!
