Great nail salon! My daughter and I have gone in to this salon off and on for years and have always been treated well. Even when they have been busy and we’ve shown up a without an appointment- we’ve been asked to wait or to come back. Emily is honest and respectful to customers - in fact all of the nail technicians are. Emily’s candidness is important in this day and age of people just saying what they think you want to hear.
You don’t need an expensive fancy salon to have a great experience - you need a salon that respects its customers.

Save yourself the trouble and do not come here! The manager is very disrespectful and tries to up-charge you for everything. I told her that I didn’t like that she was cutting my nails so low and she got upset and said “I’m not doing your nails anymore”. So she stopped and walked away and started helping another customer. She also tried to charge me to cut my cuticles. I’ve never been to a salon that was so disrespectful and money hungry.

Walked in to get a regular acrylic refill. They said they don’t do that.also the door was locked during business hours and there was even a customer inside. Not worth your time

Horribly rude owner! Does not know how to speak. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be harassed. Girl servicing used an empty bottle for top coat and spoiled the manicure. Refused to re-do it when I asked. Worst manicure experience ever.

Very disappointed in the service I received at Eva Nails from Emily. I have been loyal to this shop for 3 years. Emily expects loyalty from you but when she makes your nails bumpy or if the nails are not sealed she will not give your money back. She will get an attitude and tell you over and over that it’s not her fault. Even though she did the service. I literally had a space in between my nail and the fake nail. Food was getting stuck in the gap and it wouldn’t wash out. 2 years ago I got a green fungus from this shop and I should have never got my nails done again. She also refuses to do long nails because in her words “your people normally like long nails but that’s not for you” while pointing to my skin color. I was extremely offended. Don’t go here for your nails. They don’t have the talent for anything beyond a pedicure. And Emily is rude and insensitive.

Me and daughter just started going to Eva nails, and we like the services. This will be our new place for getting our nails done.

Disrespectful and rude as I came in, I asked them a question and one yelled and snapped at me. Not worth it don’t get your nails done here.

Took 3 hours for a pedicure and nexgen
then they charged me additional to remove my existing nexgen?

not to mention the salon is dated and old.uses the same file on tools on multiple people without sanitation.bad customer service
the owner stays talking about customers after they leave the salon calling them rude or cheap while she adjusts pricing just to rip you off on a lousy service

Best place to get your nails done in Carrollton. The staff is so nice and my nails last for a long long time!

I went in there with my sister to get pedi mani and when we walked in they said they were very busy. Then they asked what we wanted and when I told them they started yelling at each other. We were then told they were too busy. Then there was more yelling and another woman asked what we wanted. I repeated myself and they said they could do pedi but no mani today. I said no thanks and as we started to leave we were asked what kind of mani? I again said no thank you because they seemed extremely chaotic and unorganized and I didn’t want to get a rushed service. Side note, it was still an hour and a half before closing and there were no other patrons waiting.

So I came to this nail salon with my friend and all he wanted was to take his nails off, which is a simple process. The employees were extremely rude and they kept saying, “don’t rush us! ”. All we were doing was discussing what he was going to get next, but after all that we decided to not go through with it. We left because the customer service is terrible and obnoxiously rude for no reason whatsoever. They kept us waiting and attended to other people who came in after us with no appointments. With any customer service place, employees should never say things like “don’t rush us! ”, it’s unprofessional. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want mediocre nails with a side of bad attitudes.
