John is the guy to use for nails! He does amazing work. If you're getting a pedicure, use Vicki! Best pedicure of my life!

This used to be my go-to place. It has gone downhill recently though. I went in for a mani-pedi with dip and my dip is horrible. Plus my feet don't even feel like I had a pedi. Very disappointed to waste so much money on this.

They consistently give a great manicure, pedicure, and nail fill. They care to do a great job, and they deliver.

Fabulous. I love this place. Lee is fantastic with the nails. Painted amazing characters for holiday on my nails. He is an artist with the nails. Cathy is great on the feet. I love love this place.

All i know is i highly recommend Vicky. She did an excellent job on my gel pedi and especially my eye brows! I love how she did my eyebrow's. Im so picky on who does my eyebrow's and she is my chosen one.

I’ve tried this place many times. Every time it’s a different level of service and price. They promise great service but I feel like just another number. For $70 nails I expected much more.

They did Mani/Pedi exactly as I requested (unlike another nail salon). Prices competitive and clean environment.

FUNGUS! Omg!
I’m a nail artist from Germany and I’m just on vacation here and came to this nail place without an appointment. My nails were done pretty fast (45 mins) but not cuticles were cut, the nail shape was off. Every nail has a different length. He didn’t clean my nails underneath. And did not thin them out. The nails are thick for no reason.
The color was neat so I decided to just pay, knowing I’ll be back in Germany soon and so my own nails. I didn’t expect too much anyways. I even left a 5$ tip but he didn’t even say “thank you” nore did anyone say “thank you” or “good bye” or even asked if I’m happy with my nails. Very unprofessional. Anyways…. Super Familie.
Now let me tell you I AM DISGUSSED. I have never in my life had a fungus on my nails.
Tell me why one tip just completely fell off and my whole pinky is freaking GREEN!
I am unfortunately back in Germany now so I can’t even stop by and get my money back!
Of course I’d gladly receive a PayPal refund. I am so disappointed and absolutely disgussed!

This has nothing to do with getting my nails done or anything but I thought this was kind of odd, I asked if they were hiring and they asked if I was Vietnamese which I told them no, and they informed that they weren’t, that they only hire Vietnamese people… which I don’t understand how that determines my skills for doing nails?

This is the absolute best place ever. You are guaranteed to leave looking & feeling 100% better than before. I’ve been coming here for many many years and I’ve yet to find a better more detailed pedicure anywhere else and my nails are perfection.

I had been between nail salons when I found this place and it is now my go to spot. Lee is really amazing! I get acrylic/shellac and he does my nails in 30 min. I'm so use to spending an hour or more getting my nails done and its so nice to be in and out. I had never done designs due to the incompetence of other salons I've been to and when I show him he says no problem and delivers great results!

Fast forward >three years later 4 stars went down to 1. I know I told Ann that I won’t write a bad review but I changed my mind. I gave them 4 stars three years prior to that because of her but after opening a new location the quality of service had changed from good to bad.
I’d been going here and I was one of the loyal customers. Lee and Linda always takes care of me. Except on that visit I only booked an appointment with Linda for a pedicure. As I was signing in Lee approached me and asked if I wanted to do refills? I told him I didn’t made an appointment and only there for a pedicure but I thought maybe he wanted to make some extra money so I decided why not. When I got done with my pedicure which by the way Linda always do a fantastic job. I’d noticed Lee was in bad mood. He refused to do what I asked on how I want my nails done. A customer walked in and he got distracted and almost cut me. So, I told him I didn’t want him to continue because there’s a chance he could ended up hurting me. He was furious and became very hostile and said” fine! You just didn’t know what you want! ” I understand accident can happen but instead of apologizing which is supposedly the right thing to do he then proceeded to throw a tantrum. Slammed the nails display and walked away. Customers that walked in saw what happened and was surprised to his hostile behavior. Although, I’d been seeing him for over a year now and he over changes any amount however he wants and I always gave him a generous tip on top of it. Which I’d never complain. But to put up with the bad hostile and rude attitude is something I cannot pass. Just because he became good at what he does that doesn’t mean he can abuse and mistreated customers. I should have stopped from coming back. There’s tons of nails salon especially in the Creekside neighborhood. I like Ann and she offered to do my nails in the other location but there is no coming back to a place where workers are hostile and abusive and constantly being bad mouth. Although, no one can understand the native language that they spoke but you can feel the bad vibrations of energy each time they want to targeted you. There’s so much hate and animosity amongst them. I hope that they can change their behavior and treat everyone with equal respect regardless if you’re black or white or Asian. I wish If they can’t help themselves why not do it on their own time behind closed doors. Not during work hours. Customers came to get their nails done and hoping to walk out without having to deal and put up with the bad attitude. Also, the equipment tables and chairs needed to be sanitary cleaned. Wipes with alcohol with each and every customer to avoid spreading the virus.
Professionalism is a MUST! Practice good work ethics. After all customers are there to help you with your paychecks. All of these are crucial and important to maintain a fast growing business and to minimize complaints to Consumer Report that would cause and affect the business.

I have gone here for the last several years. Recommended many family members and friends to this location. Went in on Sunday, March 20th to get the works done (Nails, Pedi, Wax) for my wedding on March 26th. It was busy, but I have seen it a lot busier. Cindy did my toes. I am not sure of the name of the tech who did my nails. I tried talking with both of them but I just did not get the warm and welcomed feeling this time, but I was getting married so who cared. I had the nail tech put diamonds on my ring fingers. My toes got messed up when my shoe was getting put on. Had to ask 3 times for them to be fixed. Not a big deal. I left and go about my week. I go back on Thursday, March 24 because 2 of the 5 diamonds had fallen off of my RING FINGER. Again, not a big deal. I was even going to say screw it but when the second one came off, I had to get them fixed because it was too noticeable. They pull up my name and call Cindy to fix my nails (she did my toes, not nails) which I said. She goes and grabs the diamonds but brings back the iridescent color. It is SO HARD for me to speak up but I KINDLY said "I'm so sorry and I hate to say anything, but I don't think those are the same ones". JUST LIKE THAT. Mine were just the plain color diamonds. Cindy and the nail tech sitting 2 chairs down start talking like they do (she was the one who did my nails). I could just feel the aggravation in the air. Then the nail tech 2 chairs down pops off with a click of the tongue and "Girl, come on! " EVEN THE LADIES NAILS SHE WAS WORKING ON HEARD HER. Her eyebrows shot up and we just looked at each other dumb founded, like "did you hear what I just heard? !? " AGAIN, I hated to have to say anything at all! Cindy comes back and I said "I would not care any other day about different color diamonds, except for the fact that they are taking pics of THIS FINGER in 2 days! " I even tried paying for the fix just to prove a point. I spent $151 there and I am very disappointed on how I was made to feel BOTH TIMES. Thank God I am able to control my tongue. But it was close call. There was no reason for that. Live and let Live
