New Management. Took 4 hours to do a basic pedicure and refill. Nails way to thick and feet look like they haven't been done. Hidden charged that are not explained up front and a fee for using a debt or credit card. I have been going here for years and decided to keep going after the new owner took over but I won't be back. Very disappointing.
