Towards the end of our mortgage process. Evan forgot to account for what ended up being a major step for the underwriting. Even though he was told the answer with out asking several times. As a result.being 5 days out from closing. My family and myself are displaced with no place to live. Without going further in depth, I just wouldn’t recommend using him. He has gotten complacent with his profession. Easy for him to feel sorry about the situation, he isn’t the one trying to find a place to live.
