Had the best experience finding a new vacuum for our home. It’s refreshing being able to see and try out all the vacuums, talk with a true expert, and be able to get our vacuum fixed from a trusted place.

Unfortunately my parents were involved in a car wreck right outside their store, the police suggested we move into their parking lot to get out of the way of traffic, the manager came out with the worst attitude ever and rudely yelling at the cops asked what was going on and that we needed to get out her parking lot, both my pate T’s had to be transported by ambulance to the hospital she obviously could see people were in distress but she choose to be the most uncaring person at the worst time! Everyone was in shock at her behavior! Police, firefighters and the EMT. I hope that she reflects on this behavior because I doubt she would want someone to do this to her! And for this reason I will never ever support this business (I was told that this can be the owners daughter, but I’m not sure) however this was the worst experience ever!

This is an iconic landmark in Arlington. I recently had an opportunity to shop there. I was greeted every time and found the staff and manager to be very knowledgeable. I explained the type of flooring I have in my home and my cleaning needs and they helped me find the perfect machine for me within a reasonable budget. I shopped around at other locations and Evans had the best staff and pricing, and I finally got to see those crazy hanging vacuums up close.

Great experience, courteous service. They knew there products. I was very impressed. Would suggest this place for buying or repairs.

I've been driving by this place for over a decade and decided to stop in to purchase a new vacuum. Joseph was kind enough to hear what I was looking for, and educate me on vacuums and the amazing features they have these days. Little did I know, the futuristic looking bagless vacuums are terrible at actually cleaning, and that is one of the reasons I had to disassemble my internet purchased vacuum once a year for cleaning. I was looking to spend enough money for my wife and I to be happy with our purchase for a good amount of time. Joseph demonstrated a Riccar 25 series for me and I was instantly sold. Their store even offers service and warranty repairs, but given the quality of the machine I got, I'm sure I will only be taking it in for the warranty tune ups over the next 15 years. A truley amazing experience. If you need a vaccum, or just want to learn about the options that aren't available in best buy or Sears (is Sears even still a store), this is your place. I highly reccomend Evan's Vacuum to any one out there looking for excellent customer service, excellent products, and kind, friendly, knowledgeable sales staff.

Wonderful experience with the store manager, Ross. He knows everything about vacuum cleaners. The store is very clean and has a nice selection of only the very best. I was able to get my vacuum serviced and refurbished just like brand new. When I am ready to buy, I will definitely be back.

A+ Dropped off my full size dyson and stick shark vacuums to be professionally cleaned they was only $30 a piece which was really affordable the guy said it may take up to a week to get them cleaned they called me the very next day and took it was ready to be picked up they was so clean they looked brand new really happy with my service here will definitely be coming back, super fast super clean an affordable great service
