We used Event Pros Houston for our hedge wall rental. Booking was seamless. The communication and response time was excellent. I will definitely use them for all of my rentals.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brittney and her team for my baby shower, and I cannot speak highly enough about their services. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my baby shower was exceptional.

First and foremost, their attention to detail was impeccable. The team took the time to understand my vision and theme for the event, and they executed it flawlessly. The decorations, from the beautiful centerpieces to the perfectly coordinated table settings, were absolutely stunning. Every little detail was thoughtfully incorporated, creating a magical atmosphere that exceeded my expectations.

Brittney, Raymond and their crew at EventPros Houston were very professional and courteous. Accommodated my last minute requests. Raymond did a fantastic job as our photographer at the church and venue. He took lots of pictures to capture the love that day. Photo backdrop, marquees, balloon garlands, and up lights at the venue were perfect for the look we wanted. They made it extra special with a little something extra because “All you need is love” that night. Thanks for the awesome customer experience. I recommend them for your party needs- you won’t be disappointed.

The photobooth was a hit! To book was seamless. They showed up earlier in the day to have the booth already set up before the attendant needed to arrive. Price was very reasonable for what we got. Prints and all digitals! Thank you Event Pros from the Catley's! <3

They did a photobooth at our wedding with a flower wall. They were awesome! The flower wall was beautiful and the photobooth was great quality! All the guests loved it!

Event Pros Houston did a fabulous job installing a flower wall and Photo Booth for a bridal shower I hosted. Brittany handled all the details prior to the event and was great to work with. I loved her design for the photos & felt she really understood the look I was going for. She responded to any emails/texts immediately and is truly great at what she does! Raymond did the install the day of the event & was very accommodating throughout the entire setup process. He made sure I knew how to operate the Photo Booth and even placed mats underneath the metal frame of the wall to protect my mother-in-law’s floors! The whole process was seamless from beginning to end, and the pricing was the lowest I could find with truly top-notch quality & service!

LOVE LOVE LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE

Leading up to our wedding, my procrastination did not wane.and only got worse. Less than a month before our wedding date - 01/21 - I realized I did not even order our neon sign yet for our photo booth hedge wall. I told my cousin all about this and she referred me to Event Pros as she had a great experience with them for her wedding this past October.

1/6 - I reached out to Event Pros and spoke with Brittney. She was sooo sweet and understanding. She was able to place an order for our sign ASAP and did not even charge rush shipping and the price was SOOO reasonable (another company tried to quote me $1100 for the sign). ETA for the order was going to be the week of our wedding!

1/18 - per the tracking number provided to us by Brittney - ETA was now going to be MONDAY - AFTER our wedding weekend. I was freaking out and messaging her to see alternatives. She was sweet enough to even lend us a neon sign she already had and willing to meet up with us to drop it off.

1/20 - turns out we didn't need the rental! Tracking got updated and we got the sign delivered JUST IN THE KNICK OF TIME and it turned out amazing - not a single apostrophe in my new last name. Everyone was all over the photo booth and loving our sign.

It is now proudly hung in my husband's favorite place in our home - his garage.

Great service professional, punctual and flexible with my sudden venue changes. The decorations was definitely what made my mom cry walking through the door for her surprise 51st birthday. She did such a good job and even helped me color coordinate. I got compliments all night and even days after on how I did such a good job with her party definitely will be using her again. This company is awesome! The photo booth was definitely a hit at our daughters wedding! The red flower wall was beautiful and made the neon sign stand out. The letters with lights were awesome too! They are so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Raymond and Brittney are two of the nicest, most down to earth people I’ve ever met. They provided our photobooth services as well as videography for our wedding. They were always in constant communication with us throughout the entire booking process. Answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Were on time, ready to go, and very professional the day of our wedding. They delivered a video that far exceeded anything I could have imagined. Our guests loved the photobooth and the pictures printed and saved in amazing quality. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.
