We have used Events in your Budget for our Diwali office celebration two years in a row. They've done an amazing job on both occasions. There were extremely accommodating with scheduling, friendly, and professional.

Initial visits involved a tour of the facility and space that needed to be decorated. They collaborated well with our team to fulfill the requests of leadership and also offered great suggestions on suitable decorations for different spaces. They also worked with us ensuring we had a beautiful event while staying budget.

Both events were a success with the décor serving as an event highlight. We're extremely grateful for their services and will definitely be using them again!

Events in your Budget did a fantastic job for two of our events! They were able to honor everything we initially agreed on and then some! We had two events. One on August 10th and another on August 12th, that Ruby and Javed worked on.

We wanted to have a grand decoration for later event. I was concerned with the large setup if they would be able to tear down in an adequate amount of time but they managed to be in and out in a timely manner! So we did not incur any additional charges. Even when Ruby fell ill she still showed up on the day of our event because she was not satisfied with the setup! True dedication to their craft! When consternation arose with the venue, they dealt with it accordingly. Overall, the Events in your Budget team did a great job.

Waste of time. They wouldn’t answer any questions on the phone and required you to drive to their show room. On their website they mention having a la carte rental options but when we got there they said “not possible” to rent an item. And then all they tried to do is convince us to hire them for full on event decor. Misleading people.

Edit: The items we wanted to rent was one of the items included in the list the owner replied with. Again, misleading.

Ruby & Javed were so easy to work with. She simply asked me to send her designs I liked & she was very blunt with me on what she could do or not do. The day of my events not only did she comfort me in my moments of stress, but she assured me that everything was going to be as perfect as I envisioned it to be. When I saw the halls fully decorated both days I was quite literally blown away by how amazing she had done. It was beyond what I had expected & ALL of my guests were absolutely in love with the decor. On top of all that she was so willing to work with my budget, travel to my location, & even surprise me with last minute details that I wasn’t expecting. She is an absolute sweetheart & I will definitely be recommending her to everyone!

They are a great team. From giving suggestions to helping us out to going an extra mile with upgraded package at no additional cost, they have been a pleasure to work with. The mandap and the centerpieces looked so beautiful. It truly was special. I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with EYIB twice and they exceeded my exceptions both times. First was for my brother's valima and they truly went above and beyond. They were kind, professional, and hard workers from the moment we met with them. By the end of the event Ruby Aunty and Javed Uncle felt like family. A year after it was time for my wedding and I couldn't think of working with anyone else except for EYIB. We provided a inspiration pictures and suggested some changes and wow did they deliver. It was everything and more than I could imagine. They really made my vision for my shaadi come to life. The stage was the elegant, sophisticated, and timeless. My guests did not stop raving about it.

If you are looking for a wedding decorator do not hesitate to work with EYIB. You will not be disappointed, in the desi wedding industry often it is difficult to find someone you can trust, but with Ruby Aunty and Javed Uncle this was never a problem. They have a honest business and will only provide the best services for you.

My husband and I had a Vietnamese and Pakistani wedding with a red/gold/white theme that Events In Your Budget did a good job executing! We loved our ceremony and reception decorations! Loved loved loved the Nikkah setup Ruby Auntie, Javed Uncle and her team did. An outdoor event in Texas during winters can be super challenging but Ruby auntie made sure no matter how windy it were to get, her decor and arrangements were sturdy and beautifully setup.
