I bought an F550 flatbed from Everest last week and worked directly with Shervin.

I had a good experience that was direct and efficient, something I much appreciate. They did not offer any silly tire nitrogen extras nor was there any pressure to use their own financing partners, which is another thing I very much liked.

The price was not cheap, some room for negotiation, but it was a fair and appropriate price based on the current market. Truck prices are currently stupid expensive but that is true across the board at the present time.

The truck itself was correctly represented, clean and in good working order. I did check the wipers before I left, and they took care of it on the spot. Since then, only minor things I would expect to find on a 2-year-old truck.

Deal making and paperwork were all correct and executed efficiently.

Everest is primarily an internet-based car dealership so don't expect them to have all the things a traditional car dealership has but then you will probably get a better deal not having to pay for all that extra. If they have the truck you are looking for it will be easy.

My only complaint is that the Houston traffic and Houston humidity are both terrible which is no fault of Everest.

Shervin himself was an easy and straightforward guy to work with and also interesting to talk to in general.

We had a great experience with Everest. They have a great variety of trucks. Alex helped us through the process and made sure we were well taken care of. The whole Everest team worked so well together and made shopping for a truck very comfortable.
