The staff were very welcoming, friendly and pleasant. I'd recommend this location to anybody. Did not wait long at all.

I have been here several times and have experienced decent customer service. Today I met at the door 6: 05 was told they would be closing soon because the doctor left early. This is ridiculous I could have gone to Night light Urgent care. I drove and wasted my time and gas.

I had never been here before but I really love it here. I took my daughter for a check up they took the time to listen and answer questions. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. I will be going back for myself. We didn’t feel rushed that’s what I like and didn’t make you feel like you didn’t know anything.

I always have a wonderful experience when I visit. The staff is always friendly and professional. The clinic is clean and comfortable. Absolutely excellent.

The office is beautiful and the staff was nice so I thought I had found my neighborhood one stop medical needs place, but after today, it’s a NO for me. Took my 16 yr old daughter there because she wasn’t feeling well. I left work, she left school and we get there and only one other person waiting. We waited 1.5 hours before being called back only to wait another hours and take a Covid test which I expected. It was negative but the Dr came in and did not lay one finger on my daughter and she was complaining that she had sore throat, clogged ears, nausea, and chest pains. After a negative Covid test I would expect a Dr to examine her to check for other causes of her discomfort, especially since we told you she had been sick for 2 weeks, got well for 2 days and is back sick again. She never even went close to the examination table that my daughter was sitting on, no antibiotics or medication prescribed and NO examination of her ears, lung, or throat to check for infection or nothing. I could have used my own Covid test I had at home and save 3 hrs I missed from work and she missed from school for the service we received today. Just horrible! I can guarantee the insurance statement will described more than a Covid test on the bill. I got a right mind to call them and explain what we should be billed for because it definitely wasn’t an examination. Y’all Dr should really do better for the money they bill these insurance companies. I’m still baffled that she NEVER touched my child

Huru Jackson was very unprofessional and made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Please have management talk to him and supervise him when he is working with women. Commenting on women’s feet is unprofessional and unethical.

Both Ms. Candice and Nurse Audnella did an amazing job at ensuring that I was comfortable and well informed throughout my entire visit. Overall, phenomenal healthcare providers:)

When I say the level of service I received was horrible.the only nice thing about the visit was the receptionist who checked me in. I arrived at 5: 15pm and was taken back to a room at 5: 40 was asked a series of questions by the medical assistant and then told the doctor would be in shortly. I was not seen by the doctor until 7: 10 which the office was now closed.per the website, you are seen within 15 minutes of checking in.the doctor acted like she was afraid to get near me and she did not even evaluate me. She spent about 5 minutes asking me questions and suggested I come back the following day for lab work.she then said she would prescribe me some medication for my problem and call it in to the pharmacy but when I went to the pharmacy they said they didn’t have any prescriptions for me. I basically wasted 2 hours of my time and the doctor is now being paid for nothing. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the corporate office

The nurses Ms. Reva Davis and Audnella were very professional and took great care of me. Overall excellent service couldn't ask for better.

It was my first time here. And nurse Audnella was really nice, she took care of my exams and made sure everything is good.

Was told there was a $60 copay over the phone and got charged $75 at the door, then they wouldn't even drain my partner's finger before sending them out. Absolute scam of a clinic

I came and saw nurse practitioner renaee! Her and both receptionist were very sweet and extremely helpful. Thank you Ms. Renaee, I truly appreciate my visit.

I have been here several times for urgent care issues and also Covid testing. The staff and doctors were very attentive. Super fast as well. I'd rather come here than my own doctor.:)

This office and every person here is just a complete gem! Thank you to Ms. Reva Davis, for the most personalized, thorough, and thoughtful care I have ever received from a doctor, Nurse Audnella for being so kind and educating me on all the exam procedures, and Tenia at the front desk for a friendly attitude and seamless check-in process! I have never felt so welcomed and have found my long-term office since moving to Texas for sure!
